Wanted give 0 stars, but had to pick 1 so I was able to post. Had a horrible experience, very stressful, and countless hours on the phone between finance company and dealership. It took several emails, voicemails, and I even mailed the documentation before I finally left a voicemail stating they needed to call me now! I was also told Randy was busy dealing with 4 or 5 other deals, so I guess I wasn't important anymore since my deal was done.The first week of March I took my Jeep lease to be traded in on a new Mustang Mach E. 2 months later I started receiving late notices from my Jeep finance lease company stating that I was 2 months past due on my Jeep payments and would be turned over to collections at the end of the month. Come to find out the Jeep was still in my name! I immediately called the dealership and found out they turned the Jeep in as an "early termination" and it had been "grounded" and was going to auction. After talking to the finance company numerous times, they basically told me that the dealership has been lying to me, for example they told me "they couldn't call for the payoff, that I had to". After about a week, so my credit wouldn't be trashed and we had no other choice we asked Randy, who we had been dealing with to have the Jeep ungrounded. So this past Monday, we drove back to E-town, where we picked the Jeep back up from the dealership. They would not let me out of the Mustang Mach E deal, even thought they did not hold up their end of the deal. So now I had to make 2 late payments with late fees and we have 3 car payments and have to have insurance on all 3 vehicles until December. I had to tell the dealership what was happening, they had no clue. Randy said they were dealing with Brad at the sister Chrysler store, Brad was no help, never saw or heard from him. Randy was the one making all of the calls. When we went to pick the Jeep up, anytime I would ask Randy a question he would walk away but he would answer my husbands questions. Once when I mentioned my credit, he rudely stated "well it didn't ruin your credit, did it?" They just kept saying we don't know what happened, or who dropped the ball, this has never happened before. It would have been nice if they would have stated that in the first place. Oh and I forgot to mention that they resent us the contract to sign due to incorrect stuff 2 times after the original contract was signed the night the deal was made. I never heard an apology, which goes a long way and I was treated poorly, and talked to nasty. Unfortunately, before all of this happened, my husband had already filled out the Ford survey. I am trying to find a way to redo it because I know how important it is for a dealership to get all 5's. Just wanted to share my story so it doesn't happen to anyone else. More

This purchase process was equal to my service experience - absolutely TOP NOTCH. People are the reason Bob Swope Ford is top notch. Overall, a pleasant experience from initial contact to purchase. Communications was excellent, prices fair and I felt that I was being treated fairly and given the best price possible. He never tried to push something on me just because it was on the lot, or he wanted to make a sale. He truly wanted me to have the vehicle I would be happy with and with that mission accomplished.
