Sometimes, it can be concerning to look for a used luxury or exotic vehicle when it is not being sold directly by the manufacturer. Walking onto the lot at Bayshore Automotive immediately removed my doubts and concerns. The lot was full of beautiful, well-detailed vehicles. The lot was immaculate, and the facilities were spotless. John K is a great communicator and made us feel right at home, immediately. After speaking with John about the vehicle and reviewing the CarFax and maintenance reports, we were sold. We paid for the car outright, and the process took minutes. Everything went smoothly and quickly. We will buy from Bayshore Automotive again when it's time to upgrade this recent purchase.

Poor communication on when the vehicle was ready for delivery. I heard it was ready for 2 days snd both times the car was not ready. I wasted 3+ hours one day saying it would be ready and it was not ready until the next day and then I called an was told the car was ready and it was another 2 hours to get it ready to deliver the car. The registration was transferred to the new vehicle the first day and I had to drive home with a car that did not have valid registration. I asked that itNOT be done that way. The finance guy was way too pushy on trying to sell a bunch of extended warranties. He kept pushing the warranties until I tried to walk out.
