My car has been serviced through them along with my truck. The service department is awful. They could not fix my new car, even after putting it on the computer. They kept it for 2 days, i had to pick it up still with problems. When i asked why they cant fix it, they said " We dont know what is wrong with it", even though you can hear and feel it when you start it up. They have no knowledge to what they are doing when i asked specifics. This is not a place to service your vehicles. I will never go there again, plus they have messed up my truck air. After each oil change, something has gone out on my cars. Both are new cars and should not have these problems. Do not take you vehicle to this place. Never deal with Rincon Chevy again!

DISGUSTING!!! A MUST READ !!! In September of 2024 I purchased a 2018 Cadillac CTS off the front line of Paul Thigpen Chevrolet. I was assured by Thigpen sales staff the car was in great condition. They delivered the vehicle to a family member in Florida. Unfortunately, the family had nothing but problems with the Cadillac. I flew to Florida and took the car to the local General Motors/Cadillac Dealer. They inspected the car and gave me an estimate of $8,398.18 to fix everything wrong with it! When I questioned the very kind service manager he replied "That is what happens when you buy a SALVAGED car !!!" He proceeded to provide me a General Motors internal report showing that this Cadillac CTS was SALVAGED and recommended to be SCRAPPED by General Motors in early 2019. Over the next month I took all this information and contacted Management at Paul Thigpen Chevrolet. I attempted to speak to Paul Thigpen himself, but was told on two occasions "He does not speak to customers"....amazing. His COO Stephen Gorden advised me Paul Thigpen lives on an island and does real estate deals and doesn't have time to deal with customers of his dealerships. Over the next month, and much arm twisting, Thigpen Chevrolet agreed to take the car back and return "most" of the money spent on it. It was a terrible ordeal. Ten days later I happened to check the Paul Thigpen Chevrolet website and could not believe my eyes! There was the same 2018 Cadillac CTS VIN number 1G6AP5SX2J0183106 back up for sale ?!?! The listing had absolutely no mention of the SALVAGE and SCRAPPED history. In fact the price was increased by over $6,000 to $21,000+ Today I telephoned the dealership and spoke to Mr. Dave Anderson, the General Sales Manager. He was totally aware of the whole situation and had full knowledge that General Motors deemed this Cadillac as SALVAGE and SCRAPPED. He advised me Thigpen purchased the Cadillac from Manheim Auction and Manheim would not take it back. He flat out stated he "does not want to be stuck with it". I pointed out how disgusting it is that he and Paul Thigpen are now attempting to resell this Cadillac and stick it to another poor customer in hopes the new buyer doesn't check its history. I strongly recommend you think twice before buying anything from a Paul Thigpen dealership. They have clearly demonstrated they will knowingly sell SALVAGED and SCRAPPED vehicles to unwitting customers. SHAME, SHAME, SHAME ON DAVE ANDERSON AND PAUL THIGPEN.

I would like to give a shout-out to Franklin Toyota and specifically, Kirsten Smith in Service. My son's 2017 Tacoma was experiencing an issue with something draining his battery and after reviewing, the technician was able to find the issue and fix it. Kirsten kept me in the loop on a regular basis with updates. In addition, there was a recall on the back break light above the back window. Kirsten took the time to order the part and schedule a follow up to have that recall fixed as well. Great service!

Was never treated like stranger. everyone was very kind, respectable and very informative. This team worked to make experience easy and pleasant. They were honest and up front with everything. I believe that the experience at a dealership starts with its people and it continues from there with the Delerships overall building, grounds quality and then it’s inventory. NeSmith absolutely exceeds on all of these areas. They have the most friendliest personnel that I’ve ever seen, their building is beautiful, the exterior and interior are well maintained and best of all, they have athe largest inventory, diverse selection of automobiles and (custom) Trucks not found anywhere. I found that The Service and Parts Department continues and makes sure that your buying experience doesn’t stop there, they make sure that your new vehicle receives its necessary service on time, they also provide you with the installation of any additional accessories that parts may offer you or that you may want to enhance your new or used vehicle experience. Bought a car here had 1 week ac not working engine light was on I was very upset after about 4 phone calls talked to sales rep who was transferred me to Ashley only he thought he did I heard all the laughing and jokes about me complaining. I hung up get to Ashley who says just bring it up here we will look at it and fix it if we can't we will send it out they had my car for 2 weeks. I was told it's fixed come pick it up today. I got the car check engine light was on after 5 minutes ac was blowing hot air. Ashley said he drove it engine light never came on ac was fine. I went to Auto zone they said that's a lie the censor is bad there's no way he drove it and the engine light was off. The ac has no freon that's why it's blowing warm air. Ashley flat out lied to me! Now I have to take it some place to find out why the freon is leaking. All he said is well it's used so you might have problems. As we picked up the car that was NEVER fixed there was a lady there who said she bought a car yesterday and is having problems all I said was good luck! I had to give one star cause it won't let me give zero.

NOT as advertised! - Eric

Buyer PLEASE beware. Wasted 2 hours (to and from) going to look at a truck that did not match the pictures they posted online. They may have been previously owned this truck, sold and rebought it and then used the original photos. If not they posted pictures of an entirely different truck. Their clear online pictures showed no visible damage. In person there was obvious damage and chrome accessories and running boards added. I ran a carfax report before going to see this and the mileage on carfax did not match up to what was listed by this "dealer". RED FLAG. This truck was definitely not as pictured. I had also called and spoke to them and specifically asked about damage and the interior cleanliness. No damage was reported and was described as clean. They need glasses. The vehicle was priced about 3K over KBB blue book which I hoped to negotiate down. A quick look at this misrepresentation negated any negotiation with these con artist.
