I will never use this dealership again. Saleslady Minnie Cooper and Rayon both lied to me. I called to file my complaint and was told someone would call me back the next day. Since then I h Saleslady Minnie Cooper and Rayon both lied to me. I called to file my complaint and was told someone would call me back the next day. Since then I have called multiple times and been left on hold for over 30 minutes and no one ever answered. This place is a joke. Once they get you to sign they are done with you. Seriously thinking about getting my lawyer involved at this point. I laid out my conditions for this sale and they were agreed to at the time, but then i found out they had completely changed my paperwork around and did exactly what I told them I didn't want them to do. While i do appreciate Jen for reaching out and trying to find a solution, I never received a call from a manager or owner. So while i was not happy about that as it makes the situation even worse, NOW, my trade in still has not been paid off and the bank where it was financed is wanting another payment on a truck that we traded in. I called and spoke to J.D. who told me the check was sent on the 18th, however the bank is saying they still haven't received anything. I was also told they would email me the tracking info and a copy of the check, I did not receive those either. It has been almost 2 weeks since we signed the papers! Again, THE WORST experience i have ever had!

The payoff was received by the bank yesterday. I still never received the information that i was promised by JD.

The bank told me they did not receive it until 6/29/26. Even at that i was never provided the information from Jimmy Britt that I was promised the week before, so i have no way of knowing where it was or when it was sent. All i can go by is the date it was paid off and when the bank said they received it. I was told by JD it was delivered on the 19th, however the banks were closed that day so they wouldn't have been there to sign for it.
