I was searching within a 100 mile radius for a particular van and somehow this dealiership popped up with just the one I wanted. It was over 300 miles away and I knew it would be impossible. I was wrong... Marissa, DJ, Troy and the staff there were most awesome. I was able to conclude the deal and paperwork via docusign and they even delivered, YES delivered to just outside Raleigh, NC. I will sing their praises and recommend them to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle...Thanks guys!! More

I will never use this dealership again. Saleslady Minnie Cooper and Rayon both lied to me. I called to file my complaint and was told someone would call me back the next day. Since then I h Saleslady Minnie Cooper and Rayon both lied to me. I called to file my complaint and was told someone would call me back the next day. Since then I have called multiple times and been left on hold for over 30 minutes and no one ever answered. This place is a joke. Once they get you to sign they are done with you. Seriously thinking about getting my lawyer involved at this point. I laid out my conditions for this sale and they were agreed to at the time, but then i found out they had completely changed my paperwork around and did exactly what I told them I didn't want them to do. More

Ive bought several cars from Jimmy Britt CDJR and my most recent purchase was no exception to the great experiences ive had previously. For not stepping foot into the dealership and having the vehicle delive recent purchase was no exception to the great experiences ive had previously. For not stepping foot into the dealership and having the vehicle delivered I am very pleased with the service provided. They honored the advertised price on autotrader to include all of the rebates and gave a very fair trade value site unseen on my vehicle. They definitely operate as a team from upper management down to the courteous and very nice delivery driver! More

We traveled about an hour to Jimmy Britt to look at a vehicle that we found on Cars.com. The team communicated well and was ready for our arrival when we got there. Ben was as friendly as can be and the whole team made us feel very welcome. My wife and I had very specific criteria we had set going into the experience that we needed to meet to make the purchase happen. The finance team was able to meet all of our requirements with zero back and forth required I’ve purchased many vehicles over the years and this was by far the least stressful. We couldn’t be happier with the experience and will happily purchase from them again! More
