I recently brought my 2002 Toyota Highlander to Casey Toyota in Williamsburg, VA, and I can say without hesitation that this was the best service experience I’ve had in over 25 years of owning and maintaining Toyota vehicles across the country. From the moment I arrived, Service Advisor Michael Rosa demonstrated outstanding professionalism, transparency, and care. He took the time to walk through the diagnostics, kept me fully informed during the process, and coordinated with the technician to ensure every concern was addressed — including one that had gone unresolved for years. The work performed included valve cover gasket replacement, spark plugs, cylinder gaskets, ignition coil, air surge gaskets, and more. The technician did an excellent job — the engine now runs smoother than it has in a long time, and even a persistent VSC light issue (introduced by a different dealer and never resolved elsewhere) was completely resolved as a result of their thorough and knowledgeable repair work. Having owned and serviced Toyotas in NYC, Ithaca, San Antonio, Dallas, Albany GA, Augusta GA, Virginia Beach, Newport News, and Boston MA, I’ve worked with many Toyota service departments over the years. None have matched the diligence, professionalism, and conduct of the team at Casey Toyota, and particularly Michael Rosa and the technician who worked on my Highlander. I left with full confidence in the quality of the repair, and tremendous appreciation for the honest and skilled service I received. The customer service my husband and I received was above and beyond. I had been looking online at multiple dealerships and Haley had the best price on my top choice vehicle. We went on a Friday at 6pm to look at the vehicle and talk numbers on my trade-in. Haley gave me more than any other dealer had offered for my trade and got me right where I wanted to be with my monthly payment on a my new vehicle. Eric, the salesman who helped us answered every question, stayed after hours, and ensured that everything went smoothly with the finance side of things. I can't say enough good things about Haley, this is the 3rd vehicle my husband and I have purchased from them and we will continue to be loyal to the Haley group as they have always treated us fairly and have the best price around.

Today it was hot outside, but I purchased a 2025 Subaru Outback AWD with 2.5 liter engine, lane keeping assistance, navigation, dynamic cruise control, front bucket seats, emergency braking, cross traffic alert, Lineartronic CVT & a lot of other modern features from Moore Subaru of Richmond. I have purchased just over 30 new cars/trucks/SUVs in the last 40 years (yeah I’m old) and feel this experience was the best because of their friendly professional staff, huge selection, and competitive pricing. I searched available local inventory online and compared pricing. Then I requested an out-the-door (OTD) quote from both Moore Subaru of Richmond and CMA Colonial Subaru. Moore Subaru of Richmond provided the best pricing and had a much better selection than CMA Colonial. They sell a lot more Subarus so they can offer better prices than their competitors. As an example, Johana Labarca of CMA’s Colonial Subaru offered me a used 2024 model at the same price because they couldn’t come close to the Moore Subaru of Richmond’s price. This proves it’s better to shop at a family owned dealership vs. a large one like CMA that refuses to negotiate. CMA states on their website that they will beat all offers, they proved that’s a lie today. My first interaction was with Eddie Edwards, my salesman to request an OTD quote. His sales manager, Rocco Karamoutsos provided the OTD quote as requested within a couple hours. Since it was the best offer that I received, I decided to buy it from them. When I showed up I received the exact vehicle & exact price that I was quoted by Rocco. No tricks. Eddie provided me with a test drive, helped with the initial paperwork, & provided a thorough introduction to my new Outback with a lot of modern features. Eddie took about a half hour to introduce my wife & I to all the features, especially syncing the phone. Eddie walking us thru all the electronics. He even helped us fix a high volume problem with CarPlay in our other vehicle. Dino Capocelli from their business office prepared and finalized all the paperwork & financing and explained all the benefits of the additional extended warranties available. No high pressure, arm twisting like I’ve experienced at other dealers. Moore Cadillac Subaru of Richmond has been selling Subarus for over 20 years and From my experience today I can see why they have a well earned reputation of providing a friendly, honest sales buying experience. No pressure. No gimmicks. No old school tricks. I will buy my next Subaru or Cadillac from these guys. Thank you Eddie, Dino, & Rocco.
