Such a great place to go. We bought our first Jones vehicle in 2020 and still have it. Last Sept 2023, we brought my cousin and he got a car. Just went back today 3/20/24 and within a couple of hours left in a brand new 2024 Hyundai Tucson with 19 miles on it. This was a gift for my Mother and she LOVES it. Parked in driveway and handed her the keys. A special thank you to Alyson who helped me out on the Facebook Messenger (I responded to one of their facebook ads) and to Michael T Stender, the salesman who was literally at the door when I parked and got me in and out, the finance dept and Peter who handled the paperwork.

Jay Rad was very helpful during test drives, providing useful information about features without being overbearing. He was also helpful with purchase. We were well prepared with KBB price information and had compared the out-the-door price from other dealers; the dealership was willing to meet the incentive offered by another dealership. We were clear that we did not want any extras, and were pleasantly surprised that the purchase was quick and no high-pressure delays in F&I office. Yesterday my car had an appointment for a Coolant Flush, in accordance with my mileage maintenance schedule. I waited for my car, as I typically do. Tammy was my service rep and she was great. I really appreciate that they never try to “sell” me something my car doesn’t need, or doesn’t need yet. They performed a multi-point inspection, which revealed a couple of items that need to be addressed, Tammy assured me that they were not urgent and could wait until my next service appointment. Everyone is professional, but really nice. Waiting area is always clean and inviting. When it was time to “check out” the ladies were lovely. It’s always a pleasure to take my car for service at Hyundai of Turnersville.

I had several Toyota Tacomas over a twenty year period. After 283K miles the transmission started making noise. Toyota advised replace transmission or buy new truck. Quite frankly, Toyota had overpriced their vehicles. I decided to try out the Hyundai Santa Cruz. Research indicated positive reviews. I called to check on availability of one model and in about an hour, Pohanka sales associate Larry McGill sent me a personal text with video of the vehicle. This was excellent. I made arrangements to meet Larry and test drive the Santa Cruz. The SEL version had all the bells and whistles I needed and I drove off the lot completely satisfied with purchase and trade in price. Larry and his management made the whole process efficient and painless.

Wonderful buying experience with Fredo Romero. I drove from Fredericksburg VA just to work with him. He's a problem solver with great customer service skills! He was quick AND efficient, seeing as how I didn't walk into the dealership on a "FRIDAY" night until 745pm and they closed at 900pm. He was patient, listened to what I wanted and absolutely delivered. Going above and beyond is what great salesmanship is all about. Great job Fredo and keep it up!
