Visited this dealership after going to other place and sites for months decided to drop in after being disappointed at other places Sales person Joseph Chapman showed up as we entered the compound and immediately took us to the used vehicle lot showed us a 2019 F150 and was impressed by the condition of the vehicle my wife fell in love with it so we decided to purchase told Joseph I needed 1 day to put things in motion I don’t know if he believed me but Monday we back and closed on the deal paid cash was satisfied with everything after that

My most recent visit involved an oil change & replacement of the cabin air filter. My Mustang was without an appointment on the day I called. My service advisor, Tiffany Waul checked me in without delay & answered a ffew questions I had. My car was ready for pickup within 2-3 hours & the shuttle van picked me up from home. The checkout payment process was quick & efficient. I have always experience very good service at Upper Marlboro Ford.

Worked with Kyle on purchasing a new F150. I really appreciate his quick response to text messages and his transparent, up-front pricing. Drove about 4 hours to reach him, and passed many Ford dealerships along the way, none of which would match the deal being offered by Pittsville. Pickup went smoothly, I was in and out fast and the deal was exactly as Kyle promised. Recommended!

From Jacob in sales, to the folks in Finance, to the delivery dude who drove it all the way to NJ. My plates even showed up in record time.
