The worst dealership I have ever encountered. Two days after buying a 2019 Expedition in June, 2026, the transmission went out. Not to mention the RUST under the vehicle. They fail to mention the rust from salt corrosion. This was supposed to be 139 point certified vehicle. What a lie, They refused to unwind the deal with the credit union. Desperate to get a sale in which Mark from sales up the price by $3,000, Jelani lied about the financial part and the General Manager was useless to even try to work with in helping me to get the contract cancelled. I should have read all the Bad ratings and reviews from BBB, Google and Yelp before I even came in their direction. They are not doing a good job in trying to improve, selling bad vehicles to people because they are desperate to get a sale. That vehicle should have been marked Salvage. Shame on Waldorf Ford. More

Waldorf Ford service turned a horrible situation into one of the best service visits I've ever experienced at any dealership.
