I was very happy to see theBMW when I arrived. It was exactly as I had hoped after Shelby sent me a walk around video earlier in the day. You folks have been great - I have issues with the Regional Office - and the recall system - My vehicle has no brake lights or blinker on my right rear - which is a major SAFETY ISSUE - other than wanting 890 $ for a blonker repair thats been recalled - you guy have been great - Dave is aware of the issue - and I hope it gets fixed before - the rymth perjoratively gets solved - standing in the northern hemisphere looking south - if the sky was the face of a clock - the sun moves in what direction ? Fix my lights I’ll tell you the answer!

It was an electrical/battery problem and it took time to locate the problem, and fix it. got the car back in two days and all is good now. As always they did a super job which is why I travel over 50 miles to go to them!
