While traveling this past weekend , our lemon of a Dodge Magnum broke down on us again. This car has less than 10000 miles on it & has been in theshop many times. Our regular dealer was of no help to us in this matter, & since we were out of town Chrysler sent our Magnum to the Accident Garge to be fixed. While witing for the service I jokingly told one of the salesmen I would love to trade back to a PT Cruiser, but out regular dealer told us that would not be possible because of the amount we owed on the Magnum. Suffice it to say that 2hrs later we were driving away in a new PT , leaving a verytroublsome Magnum behind. The Accident Garage will be the dealer we go to next time we are looking for a new car. Dealer sales price is not the real price of the cars they post that the price if you qualify for all the incentives. If it sales sales price that should be the price before and incentives because not everyone get those and to get them all would be extremely hard. Salesman I talked to was very rude when I bought this up and I don’t deal with dealerships like that the internet price should be a price that everyone would pay if they walked into the dealership to purchase new car.

My family and I were treated with the absolute best car buying experience that I have ever had by far! Our 2024 Grand Cherokee required unscheduled service due to an unexpected dead battery issue. It required contacting roadside assistance and ultimately needed towed to the dealership. With the professional assist from our service advisor, Jeff Phillips, our vehicle was promptly transported to Faulkner CDJRF. The issue was diagnosed in a timely manner and repaired in an acceptable period of time. We are grateful for the prompt and professional attention paid by the Faulkner team to our unexpected vehicle breakdown.

terrible customer service. BF service writer talked to me as though I was was to believe everything he said as gospel. front end alignment killed my steering tires in less than 2000 miles, claimed my tires were too aggressive. the tires they rotated had 9000 miles on them, wish I could post pictures, tech brings my truck around for me and steering wheel is at 10 and 4 o'clock, unacceptable. they send it to their other dealership to fix alignment, it was out 2.4 on one tire a and 1.6 on the other. now I'm out 700$ for 2 tires that I originally didn't need, they said they could get me tires that I had to pay for.. .xxxxxxxx! they screwed them up they should replace them..... I would never buy another vehicle from them. they don't have a diesel tech, I had to go to Shorkey in N Huntington for service...I'm done with these condescending service writers who pretend to know all...never again!

After my first purchase of a 2020 wrangler I bought “certified” and spent more time in the shop rather then the road, I couldn’t resist the sale I saw online! $63,000+ ram 3500 for $43,000! I called and verified this price was accurate because it seemed too good to be true! I was assured this price was correct! I drove over an hour away and was met with a low ball offer because my “jeep had clearly been off roaded and needed a ton of repairs” my Jeep had never seen anything other than pavement since I owned it! When asked what needed repaired the appraiser/ manager became suddenly lost for words. Needless to say I purchased a brand new pickup from a competitor dealer the next day.

Had a wonderful experience dealing with Shorkey Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep and Ram. I wanted to share this detailed experience, because I will be buying all of my future Jeeps or Rams from this location specifically. I am 1 hr and 20 minutes away- and I’ll happily make this drive to work this team of people. My salesperson- Jeff Robinson took multiple calls, texts and chatted over a 3 week period, providing me with all the details and information I could ask for, when purchasing a used 2023 Grand Cherokee. They also offered me a very reasonable trade in on my old Jeep. We discussed some pricing and came to a very reasonable deal for both vehicles. So nice now a days to have a such an informed team, and prepared team. When I arrived we went over everything we discussed and the deal was one of the smoothest I’ve had in many years. Mike M. And Mike-(the used car manager) both also went above and beyond in this deal. I had the chance to personally chat with the service advisor who cared for my new Jeep since day 1 (prior to my ownership) He also went out of his way to chat with me even though their service dept. was busy during that time. Very cool to see an entire team across multiple departments work so seamlessly. You’ve earned a customer for life!
