On June 2nd I purchased a new 2026 Jeep Compass. On the test drive I noticed the AC wasn't working properly and even the sales person who rode with us also noticed it as well. I was told service would look at it and when they did I was told everything was good so I signed the papers and traded in my car for this new one. That same day I had to go home and get my checkbook to write them a check to put money down and on the ride to my house the AC still wasn't working right. When I took it back in I told Chuck who I signed the papers with that the AC was still bad and he even sat in the car to check it and told me to call and get it scheduled for service. Monday June 8th I brought it in and at this point my car was only blowing hot air. Turns out I had a leak in my expansion valve and the part was on backorder so I was given a number to call that ended up being the wrong number and they just gave me my keys back and that was that. I explained that I had a 2 year old and couldn't have a car without AC but was met with no help until finally my partner called and complained and I was given a rental. I got the rental on June 10th and my car sat at the dealership until July 8th. The first part they ordered for me didn't fix the problem so they had to order something different. I wasn't getting any updates until I finally complained in a survey to which Chuck reached out in an email but then never responded back to my replies. I got a call saying that they were working on my car but then the next day was told that person had called off so they didn't get to it. I was also charged a payment on the vehicle I traded in because they hadn't paid off my loan in time. So I made two car payments last month on vehicles that weren't even in my possession. I was offered no help to fix anything but they had no problem offering my partner more and more money to trade in his truck to buy a vehicle with them. I finally got my car back on July 8th and I figured that would be the end of it but when I got home from dinner last night I noticed something on top of my car. One of the service guys left a tool on the roof of my car and it rusted. I do not recommend this place and will never return. They don't care once the sale is finalized. More

Had vehicle for 5 months could not fix. Jeep offered to buy back vehicle, Elm Grove Dodge would not host the buy back. They demanded vehicle be towed from there lot at owners expense to a Jeep offered to buy back vehicle, Elm Grove Dodge would not host the buy back.
