My wife & I have decided that because we trust the Liberty Subaru crew even though they're in a business that inherently leads to unscrupulous behavior by many dealers, we will really try to only buy from them whnever we are buying a car.

I travel all the way from Manhattan to get my car serviced here, even though there is a MINI dealership 5 miles from me. Like most MINI service departments they always send videos of the work that needs to be done. But there’s is just a little more thoughtful and explanatory which I completely appreciate. And even with that, my service agent Mark, came over and went over the work needed even further. It may be an extra commute and a $14 dollar toll just to get there but it’s 1000% worth it.

That speaks volumes as GOOD customer service nowadays can sometimes feel like a thing of the past. Marc DeBenedictis was my salesman, and he was great to work with. He listened to what I wanted in a car, took me out to test drive those cars, and found the color I really wanted. Marc was patient with me and gave me the space to process everything at my own pace. When it came time for me to make my decision to buy, he was ready, and moved at the speed of lightning to make it happen. This is my second experience with Georgia and her staff and I will be driving whatever she is selling, she treats her customers like family and you just know she wouldn't put you in a car she wouldn't drive and she doesn't push you to drive out of budget. I am pleased to say I had a wonderful car buying experience at WP Honda. I’ve purchased many cars over the years and this was by far the best experience to date. My sales person, Lenin Javier, listened to what I wanted and directed me to the perfect car for my needs, a Honda Civic Sport Touring (Hybrid). The experience was professional, well communicated and friendly, and I am pleased with my trade value, the price of the new car and the car itself. Even more perfect is the water, snacks and freshly baked cookies they offer while working out your deal and waiting on your paperwork (all completed as quickly as it can be in this situation). I would not hesitate to recommend Lenin to anyone looking for a Honda. Truly a nice, stand-up guy.
