I just went to Acura of Westchester yesterday and had an amazing experience at the dealership that truly exceeded my expectations from start to finish. From the moment I walked in, Brianna greeted me warmly amazing experience at the dealership that truly exceeded my expectations from start to finish. From the moment I walked in, Brianna greeted me warmly and made me feel comfortable—there was no pressure, just genuine interest in helping me find the right vehicle. I previously had leased Acuras before, but after having my kids I needed to switch to a minivan to meet our families’ needs. Now that my kids are older we were ready to downsize and go back to Acura. Brianna was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for. She answered all of my questions with patience and honesty, and I never felt rushed or pushed into making a decision. What really stood out was her transparency throughout the process—pricing, financing options, and vehicle details were all clearly explained. I was confident in my choice before moving forward. Once I decided on the 2026 MDX the paperwork process was surprisingly quick and hassle-free. The finance team worked hard to secure a great deal, and everything was handled professionally. Overall, Acura of Westchester and Brianna set a high standard for customer service.
