The salesman, Bobby G, the finance manager, Joe C and the tech Guro Matt S were all pleasant to deal with. This is my second car I have purchased from Bobby in the last three years, and each one was no pressure. Joe C the finance manager was also no pressure to be pushed into extra items, and Matt S was so helpful setting up my new RDX. I would absolutely recommend this dealership, and the employees 100%. They are all extremely knowledgeable, and very helpful with the purchase of my RDX.

The service was systematic. They had a plan of inquiry that began with irregular maintenance call that led into a new lease. I mentioned my limitations they worked on every single thing I picked up my car the same day I came in. I was there a little longer. However, I’ve been getting the car from the same dealership for 18 years. I utilize the time to see some of the old people in many of the new people that I haven’t seen because of the new services that they have where I don’t have to come in personally. The new people are trained well they execute well and I appreciate the incentives that I was able to receive from them, as well as getting to see new talent ease into their new positions.

The financial advisor, Blake, provided excellent consumer education with an engaging and entertaining approach. Where do I start? After a few years of business, I was highly disappointed in what transpired today regarding an issue with my ZDX. The staff member in service over the phone was rude and repeatedly cut me off when I was explaining my issue. As I was making my way to the dealership, I received a phone call from Joe M. (Manager) who right away was accusatory in his comments as to how the phone interaction went. What type of "manager" calls a customer without hearing their side of what happened? Well, Joe does. I then reached out to my sales representative, Javier R., and was told, via text, to take my car to Rallye Acura where I purchased it for the service. I was gravely disappointed in the actions taken by both Joe and Javier as we had a beyond amicable relationship previously. They may seem fair and honest in the beginning, but please believe that it is a scam and ploy to earn your business. Please see Danny Park (sales) and Keeyoung (service) at Ralle Acura for your acura needs, you will not be disappointed.

My son purchased an Acura RDX w/Tech a year ago and worked with Sales Rep. Rick Ottavi throughout the entire process. Rick was extremely experienced regarding his knowledge of the vehicle as well as being very professional, honest and personable throughout the entire sales process. Rick also explained every element of the purchase and financing process as well as quoting an honest trade in value for my sons Acura TL. When the final numbers for the purchase were tallied, Rick went over every single detail that went into determining what the final price of the vehicle was to the penny. There were no hidden fees or "surprises" and he never tried to upsell us on anything extra, but did explain some optional Acura programs, warranties options should my son choose to utilize any of them in the future. The customer service from Rick Ottavi and Devon Acura was so good, I acquired a 2025 Acura w/Tech in December 2025 for my wife and dealt with Rick Ottavi again throughout the entire process. My wife and I received the same exceptional customer service that my son and I received a year before. Rick took care of every detail including contacting my insurance company to acquire the new insurance cards for the vehicle. It should be noted that I live in the center of the State of Connecticut and visited four (4) other Acura dealerships that are very close to my home. The other sales reps I dealt were not even close to providing me with answers to my questions regarding pricing or providing me answers as to why pricing and financing was different from dealership to dealership. I travel an hour to Devon Acura from my home in order to deal with Rick Ottavi and the staff there because of the exceptional customer service I receive. This will also include where I take my vehicle for service based upon the service my son has received for his RDX. If I purchase another vehicle in the future, it will be from Rick Ottavi at Devon Acura.
