Service Reps are professional and very knowledgeable, able to answer/address all your questions and concerns. In case they are not able to - there is always pros (called as “Genius”) at hand. I like the fact that they send you the video health report of technician walk through, while doing the multipoint inspection. All the jobs are sent to you electronically and able to be approved digitally.

I had been looking online for a Prius for a few months and even though Salit was more than an hour away, I scheduled some time to visit. The car had some minor front bumper damage which I knew about, but some noise occurred when my husband and I took a test drive. It turned out to be something wrong with the tire flap. This was repaired without any issue. No problem since. I love the car and got a good price. Everyone was straightforward and I would use Salit in the future if we ever get rid of our Prius or Rav4 :)
