I’m a proud owner of my 3rd Ford vehicle ever. I’ve had 2 pickups and 2 Explorer’s. I’ve purchased back almost 10 years ago a F-350 Platinum, which I still and it looks brand new, and I just brought on July 2,2925 a 2025 Ford Explorer Platinum. I had been to 3 ford dealership looking for a particular Platinum trim package. The other said no problem we have it on the lot. They did not, the cars were in transit with no real delivery date. George Walk had been the first dealer that actually had the car. I went in with my bank approval in hand, well they blew that at the water with Ford Credit which I had with the other 2 vehicles. I put down a down payment, they gave me a fare deal on my 2017 Explorer XLT with 163000 miles. The deal was completed in 45 mins. They even stayed pass closing hours being I didn’t get to the dealership until 5:30. The salesman and manager were 100% professional. I saved over $3000.00 compared to the other dealers that didn’t have the car, but wanted to sell me a car on order. I don’t know why I just didn’t go there first, but they have alway been great with the service on my truck. And they let you know items that are covered under warranty when you think your looking at a big repair cost. A very respectful dealership. I would highly recommend as it’s worth the visit, you will not be disappointed. And you won’t stand in their show room waiting for someone to help you. They have the staff. I won’t name the dealer but I waited .50mins for help, and to be told they don’t have the vehicle on the lot, it was just sold before you walked in ….. but we can get the same car in 2 weeks. I walked out. I work very hard, and this dealership George Wall, will treat you as family. Kudos to the Sales Team Harry 2025 Explorer Platinum

My salesperson EMILY PEREZ was absolutely amazing making me feel very comfortable throughout the whole process. Her patience and understanding with me made me realize I was making the right decision, she was just awesome. I have had bad experiences in other dealerships in the past and this by far was the best experience I’ve ever had. I also want to thank sales manager SETH BRETTLER he was an absolute gentleman explaining every detail of my purchase. Worst dealer service and parts department ever!!! If I could give them a 0 stars I would. Previously waited almost an hour to check on a part at the parts desk. Also just went there for a flat tire, waited 2 hours to be told the tire can not repaired, which was obvious by the damage and included picture. After being without a vehicle for 3 days, and checking every day, being told they were waiting for claim approval, I found out that claim was never submitted by Bob and the dealership!!! This was confirmed by the Ford tire care team. What sort of a company would lie to their customers face daily and leave them without a vehicle? If I hadn’t pushed the issue I would guess I would be waiting at least a week given that I only learned the truth on a Friday evening. Do not trust this dealership, whether it is Fullerton or Performance.

Called the dealership because I was interested in purchasing a car. One of the salesmen didn’t stop calling me until I finally came in. Once I got there we sat and built the T150 exactly how I wanted it. I was told I would get the car in 3 months. Got my total price of $40k and gave them a deposit. Was supposed to get email notifications with updates on the production of the car and estimated dates never did. Kept calling the salesman and he said he’s not in or he just wouldn’t pick up. I even called him once when I was outside watching him pick up the phone and tell me he’s not in today. Anyway 13 months later I get a call the van is coming in 2 days make insurance ready. 2 weeks pass and still nothing so I decided to take a drive down there and to my surprise the van is there and nobody called me to tell me it’s there. Now I come in to pick up the van and they hit me with a new sticker price of $45k due to increased costs of materials within the 13 months. Ok fine. BUT on top of that they now want 10k over sticker. After being totally shocked since I sat built the car and waited 13 months the GM said he would 7k over sticker. Got him down to 6k over sticker. They tell me all the salesmen in the dealership are just waiting for me to walk out mad and reject the car so they can go sell it for 15k over. I waited patiently much longer than I agreed and expected to and I don’t believe I should’ve paid anything over sticker. The sticker was already 5K more than my original build. It’s not like I walked in and chose something sitting in their lot which then I’d sort of understand. I waited for a car that I ordered and i have the paperwork. And the car isn’t exactly how I built it. Certain things they told me would be that aren’t.

This year we purchased our daughter's new Ford Escape, financed our return lease Ford Explorer and leased a new Ford Explorer ST. We are a very satisfied Ford family and appreciate how easy it is to do business with this dealership. Everyone there is courteous, professional and really care about their clients.

I don't know where to start with this!! This has to be the most dreaded ford dealership in the state from there salesman to the cruel and arrogate billing people at the service widow. They will try to steal your hard earned money that u work for at every turn. I give fare warning to all I am just trying to save the good people from there sham that they can call a business. Beware of these people I hope by reading this u will make a better choice.
