Questions if they knew they tried to trick me and that wanted money. If they did not know how they work in Lincoln. By the way they changed multiple things that was under cover still my car had problem.Why they changed if it did not solve the problem. I paid money 100usd.Like deductible .I want refund. I made a service appointment to repair a issue on my car I told them over the phone I would need a loaner car they said (it's not gonna take long if it take's long I will give you a loaner car) I had a 9AM I told them over the phone I would need a loaner car they said (it's not gonna take long if it take's long I will give you a loaner car) I had a 9AM appointment once there they asked me do I have someone picking me up. I told them what I was told that I didn't need a loaner because it wasn't going to take long and if it was going to take long they would give me a loaner. The lady at the counter just ignored what I said and asked me again do I have someone coming to pick me up. She had a attitude . I told her I need an appointment when a loaner is available. She wanted to give me an appointment a over a month and a half away. I said forget it I will go to a different dealership. I purchased a Lincoln that cost over $70k and this is how Maplecrest treat it's customer. I will find a another Lincoln dealership to do my service and when I'm ready to upgrade it won't be with Maplecrest the service department is not customer friendly More
Dishonest Dealership, drove from 1 hr away to see a particular truck and color. Went on a test drive then back to dealership to work on a deal. Went back and forth with the salesperson and she went to particular truck and color. Went on a test drive then back to dealership to work on a deal. Went back and forth with the salesperson and she went to her manager and then back and forth 2 or 3 times. We ended up making a deal. A deposit was left and was coming back the next day to pick up the truck. When I went to pick up the truck the entire deal changed. The term of the lease we had agreed on the amount of down payment everything changed. The manager came over to speak to me and attempted to tell me is was a misunderstanding. It was absolutely no misunderstanding the deal was as clear as could be. It’s not the customers fault if the salesperson made a mistake the dealership should honor the price not try and blame the customer. I did not buy the truck from the dealership and will never recommend anyone to ever shop for a new car or truck at this dealership. More
