Our sales representative, Chris Carey, was outstanding. He’s consistently helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. Chris took the time to walk us through every detail of our new 2024 Ascent, especially highlighting the changes and improvements from our previous 2019 Ascent. We truly appreciate his guidance and the seamless buying process.

Love Premier Subaru! Through the years I have purchased 5 cars through Premier and have had awesome transactions each time. Great straightforward pricing and they treat you like a valued Customer each time. I financed the last two cars through Premier and the approval through Subaru Financing was fast and the buying process was smooth. They walk you through the car technology before you drive away. In my case I just needed the recent changes or updates. I also love how Subaru supports the communities they reside in. We love the Outback Wilderness and Forester Sport we purchased this year. Amazing vehicles. I now live out of state, but still come back here.

He kept me informed about the status of picking up my new vehicle right up to when it was in port and when I should expect it to be available. He was going to be out of town for the actual pick up time, but made arrangements with a colleague who was going to help finalize the deal. Unfortunately, he was not available to help with the purchase, reason unknown. There was a salesman who assisted me with the delivery. I do not feel that I was given the best attention on all the features of the car and how to work everything.

Dylan was great he managed everything and kept us informed. In an out in less than 2 hours. Oil changed, tires rotated, wheel alignment, fluids added as needed, new wiper blades and video inspection of my vehicle. It was a very positive experience.

The purchase process could be streamlined and made easier for the buyer by having one person on staff whose sole responsibility is to schedule and coordinate the various services through it (e.g., sales person, service person, finance person, delivery specialist), as keeping track of them and/or changes to them can be a bit confusing.

I did not have to wait for someone to be ready to meet with me. We got straight to business, as I knew what car I wanted to test drive. We took the car out on as many roads as I wanted to until I felt comfortable driving the car. We went on small roads, parking lots and highway so that I got experiencing changing gears as I was test driving a car with a 6 speed manual transmission and I was accustomed to a 5 speed. A couple days after bringing the car home I could not figure out how to open the back hatch. I called my salesman on his cell and he called me back within a couple minutes and was able to walk me through the process and texted me pictures to help me find the release button. He told me to feel free to come in and he would spend time with me to find out more about my car if I needed it.
