I had a great experience at Premier Subaru! Everyone was extremely kind, patient, and friendly! Baylee Kentner was my main salesperson and she was extremely kind, patient, and personable. I was nervous about this experience and she made the whole thing so calm and fun and easy! She really listened to me and always gave me time to work through my questions and decisions. I really adored working with her! Additionally, Mikayla (spelling?) was shadowing her as a trainee/new employee and she was also kind and friendly and helpful as well! Jack DiNuzzo from financial services was also very kind and helpful and I appreciated how well he explained things to me and his calm presence. Finally, Andi Vilches in delivery was very fun and personable and kind! Really great staff who made this a great car buying experience!

That speaks volumes as GOOD customer service nowadays can sometimes feel like a thing of the past. Marc DeBenedictis was my salesman, and he was great to work with. He listened to what I wanted in a car, took me out to test drive those cars, and found the color I really wanted. Marc was patient with me and gave me the space to process everything at my own pace. When it came time for me to make my decision to buy, he was ready, and moved at the speed of lightning to make it happen. Though they were exceedingly busy, customer service gave me a loaner to free me from a long wait and went on to take care of the emergency that brought me there. The battery had died, requiring a jump start at the medical building, and I didn't dare take a chance on that happening again over Labor Day weekend. The battery was replaced at no charge as it failed while under warranty. I appreciate the integrity and customer care of the Service Division at Empire ever since 2018 when I bought my Forester.
