just bought my third Suburu from Suburban and honestly I wouldn't go anywhere else. salespeople are knowledgeable and no pressure. Amanda was my salesperson and was very patient as I looked at multiple vehicles and then she found me my perfect one. Finance lady was also great...found me an amazing rate AND a discounted bumper to bumper warranty for 9 years (Not that any of my Suburus have needed it: 8 years with my last Forester and no issues at all) a really wonderful experience with this team

Our salesperson Brandon Larnaitus was knowledgeable and professional throughout the transaction and he made sure that we understood everything concerning the financing and warranty on the vehicle. Brandon sat with us inside the new vehicle and explained the dashboard features and safety features of the vehicle. He also paired our cell phones to the vehicle and explained how the Starlink program works. Brandon answered every question and concern that we had and we could not have asked for a better salesperson. He is a credit to the South Shore Subaru dealership.

Very approachable, knowlegable & professional. There were no high pressure sale tactics at all from him. He provides you all the information you are looking for so you can make an informed decision. I absolutely love my new Forester Hybrid. Besides thanking Jesse, I also wanted to give a massive thank you to Regina from the "Love Encore" program. Though they were exceedingly busy, customer service gave me a loaner to free me from a long wait and went on to take care of the emergency that brought me there. The battery had died, requiring a jump start at the medical building, and I didn't dare take a chance on that happening again over Labor Day weekend. The battery was replaced at no charge as it failed while under warranty. I appreciate the integrity and customer care of the Service Division at Empire ever since 2018 when I bought my Forester. After an awful experience at 46 Nissan in NJ where I fell completely in love with a car that they would not let me drive away without a $5,000 warranty, I found the same car at Colonial Subaru. Fred made everything easy. There were no games, Fred made himself completely available to me via phone, and it was an easy breezy experience. Everything was handled and taken care of within 24 hours, mostly via computer/phone -- literally so easy. I love my car and would recommend Fred at Colonial to anyone looking for a hassle free car buying experience!

I did not have to wait for someone to be ready to meet with me. We got straight to business, as I knew what car I wanted to test drive. We took the car out on as many roads as I wanted to until I felt comfortable driving the car. We went on small roads, parking lots and highway so that I got experiencing changing gears as I was test driving a car with a 6 speed manual transmission and I was accustomed to a 5 speed. A couple days after bringing the car home I could not figure out how to open the back hatch. I called my salesman on his cell and he called me back within a couple minutes and was able to walk me through the process and texted me pictures to help me find the release button. He told me to feel free to come in and he would spend time with me to find out more about my car if I needed it.
