Just purchased a new Chrysler Pacifica Van. Received great, no pressure help from sales staff Phil Pereira. He helped my wife and I select the Pacifica that we wanted in the color we liked with the features we were interested in. The have a good inventory of these vehicles. Once we had test driven the van and we had decided to purchase it we were introduced to finance manager Rob Hemond. He did a fantastic job in helping us find a competitive car loan rate which was in line with our budget for a new car. He also did not pressure us to purchase any of the add "ons" that most dealers offer when they sell you a car. We found the process of buying a new car from this dealership very helpful, no pressure and friendly environment I will mention that we drove from Vermont to this dealership in New Hampshire because Vermont Chrysler dealerships seem to have very little inventory of Chrysler vans which limits your ability to find the van you want with the features you want. I also think that due to this I found that the Vermont dealers were not as willing to work a deal with us. I Highly recommend this dealership.

We just purchased a new Jeep Wrangler and have nothing but GREAT things to say about this dealership. From the time that we pulled into the lot to driving off with the Jeep. First Julio (the salesman) greeted us and was fantastic. There was NO HIGH PRESSURE SALES HERE. He found us EXACTLY what we were looking for. Then came the negotiations. The Sales Manager again was spot on with the offer and NO PRESSURE. Finally, our experience with Ashley (Finance) the paper work was a breeze and she was VERY pleasant and extremely organized. Might I add that the cashier was also very upbeat and a pleasure to deal with. We have been buying cars for over 40 years and this was HANDS DOWN THE EASIEST, NON STRESSFUL, BEST EXPERIENCE we have EVER had.

I decided to go buy on a Sunday around 3pm. i walked in and met Mike " Salty" Saltman. I can't say enough about how relaxing and pleasant the environment and the experience was. Mike was great, very knowledgeable. Stayed past closing to make sure I had all the information I needed. I picked my new truck up two days later. The finance experience was excellent and fast also. I visited Nashua Hyundai recently after renting a Hyundai because I needed a new car. I thought the rental was a smooth ride with good safety features so decided to check out the dealership for a permanent new car. I’ve never bought before and I had the BEST experience with Dave Ritter. Dave came right up to me and helped me narrow my options down to exactly what I needed/wanted and I am so happy with my new ride. It’s smooth, safe, and an awesome price. I will be back in the future to buy from Dave if he’s still there. Highly recommend him and this dealer if you’re looking for excellent, relatively low stress customer service!

Was given a very fair price on my trade and good price on a low mileage, older truck. Marks' team had some repair work to do the truck before I test drove and did the deal and it all worked out. Everyone was friendly, easy to deal with and allowed me plenty of time to inspect the truck myself and make a decision. I see a lot of poor reviews here. Folks, these are USED vehicles. Research and look them over carefully! I know what I bought and what to expect. I don't even know what to say to the snowflakes who felt strongarmed. My experience was friendly, easy-going and very accommodating. I could have walked away on pleasant terms at any time. As it turns out, I am extremely happy with my choice. Love the new truck!

Had car towed to Audi of Nashua back at the beginning of - need4spd101

Had car towed to Audi of Nashua back at the beginning of November because the engine was shaking violently and the check engine light came on. Car sat in the shop for 3 weeks before they were correctly able to diag the issue. I was told I would need a new cylinder head assembly. Major engine issues when the car only had about 63k miles on it. Pretty sad Audi cannot make engines that last over 65k miles before major issues start to happen. Audi did not offer any financial assistance, citing lack of extended warranty (which is always useless because dealerships just weasel out of them) and lack of service records (which I have, just not from this dealership). We had bought the Audi from Audi of Nashua with 42k miles on it back in 2020 and had only put on 20k miles. Finally got the car back this past weekend. I will never deal with this dealership again. Audi does not stand behind their product and the car I bought from THEM was pretty much a lemon. Stay away from this place..
