Gary Crane was wonderful to work with! My husband and I found him welcoming and easy to talk to. We did not feel like he was trying to push a sale on us. My car was totaled, and dealing with my own insurance was a NIGHTMARE. And I called to look at a vehicle and my customer, Gary Crane jumped in to help me with the car buying process. He listened to my issues, he IMMEDIATELY started working on getting my new car ready and got everything together. I laughed when I looked in the envelope to drive away and saw the keychains I make for him, attached to the keys. Nice touch!! Top notch service!!! More
