I never once felt pressured or overwhelmed. I was nervous about the experience initially, but Diana really listened to what I needed and provided a solution that made sense for me. She was extremely knowledgeable, honest, patient (especially with all of my issues, questions, and indecisiveness), and genuinely cared about making sure I felt comfortable with my decision. It's rare to find a car sales consultant who feels like a trusted partner, but that's exactly what Diana was. She truly went above and beyond! She even checked in with me after the sale was made to ensure my happiness and satisfaction was met. She truly is the best and made the entire process seamless. Mirak Chevrolet is now owned by McGovern, but the service personnel seem to be the same. I recently took my 2025 equinox EV for some technical service bulletin work. I had tried to get this done at another dealership and was treated very badly. I want to say that I was treated very well at McGovern and told them so. The experience was so much better. Previously had been regretting my purchase of a Chevrolet vehicle, but now I feel more secure.

I went in to purchase a 2023 Santa cruz because I needed a truck bed. Chris Antone, who I've bought vehicles from before just happened to be working here and I immediately knew I was in good hands. He was patient, honest, and transparent with the cost questions I had. I ended up going with a 2022 Nissan titan with 25,000 miles. it was on the lot, the price was similar and they gave me a great deal. They discounted the price additionally despite the initial cost already being below the market. The warranty options were very flexible and I was able to cover the entire vehicle for 60,000 additional miles at a very low price. They have a great operation at this dealership. We're excited to use the service department and hope to trade in our palisade in 18 months.

Trying to make an appointment at this dealership is difficult and annoying. Their automated attendant is useless and you can rarely get a real person on the phone to help you, and when you do, they forward you to a "scheduling coordinator" and you get their voice mail. I very much enjoy Hyundai Palisade and would recommend it, but I do not recommend this service center. I should not be this hard to schedule an appointment.

I’m leaving this review specifically for the SERVICE DEPARTMENT. On Monday (3/30), I received a call asking if I had completed a JD Power survey. I explained that I had received it, but it was about 15 minutes long and I wasn’t planning to spend that much time on it. The representative then offered an incentive, my choice of a free car detail or a free oil change if I completed the survey. It felt like they were trying to hit an end-of-month or quarterly quota. Which is fine, we all have quotas to hit. I’m always skeptical of “free” offers, so I asked how I would redeem the oil change. Based on past experiences, this dealership hasn’t been great at following through on promises. I also clarified that while the car is for my daughter, everything is under my name. The advisor assured me that once she saw the completed survey, she would email me with the details later that day. Since I was commuting home on the train, I went ahead and completed the survey. Free oil change, why not. The next day, I called and left a message saying I had completed it. The following day, I followed up again and sent an email with the same update. By Thursday, after no response, I called again and left a message expressing my frustration and telling them to keep the “free” oil change. At that point, it felt like I was chasing/begging for something that had been promised to me, which is unacceptable and just not cool To anyone considering this dealership: if they promise you anything, get it in writing. Based on my experience, I would not rely on verbal commitments. Also, I want to add. The last time I was there for an oil change was because they sent an email offer with the special price. It was difficult to get them to honor their own special from their website. Ridiculous I will say that Wassim Kafal, the General Manager, was great to work with. Very professional, down-to-earth, and genuinely helpful. Unfortunately, as the GM, he’s not someone you’re likely to interact with unless you’re closing a deal or escalating an issue. As he has a dealership to run which is understandable.
