I have been trying to cancel an extended warranty that I got.They told me to come in and fill out a form to do this.I did right away.Now it has been almost a month and I found out from the warranty company got.They told me to come in and fill out a form to do this.I did right away.Now it has been almost a month and I found out from the warranty company that they have not received the form as of yet. This is unacceptable.This should be clear cut!.I do not want the warranty and want my money back.No communication about what is going on with it. More

This dealership is excellent, although today I was surprised when I pulled in, normally someone will come out to the car and meet me, today no one came out , even though there were 3 people inside on surprised when I pulled in, normally someone will come out to the car and meet me, today no one came out , even though there were 3 people inside on their computers or cell phones.
