I have never had a negative experience here. I brought my car in for service to check the brakes and for an inspection (state). I left my car with them and was updated throughout the process with issues and repairs needed with pricing. Kole in the service department was great and had wonderful communication. When I returned to get my car it was clean and looked great. After I left I realized I did not have a new inspection sticker and returned same day to clarify if it had been done. I realized I had not specified the type of inspection and was given a multi point inspection. They were able to accommodate me and got me in immediately for a state inspection and finished quick. I appreciate the professionalism, and accommodation from this dealer.

I am so happy to write this review after my recent experience with my local Honda Dealership in Hyannis, Ma. I had to choose the next closest dealer that treated us like we were part of their family immediately. I made one phone call to the Amazing Management Team at Tufanjian Honda of Plymouth and was given the most amazing sales experience of my life. I was a Service Manager for the local dealer for 18 years and thought I was family, well misplaced loyalty was the lesson I learned. What I also learned is that my previous opinion of Honda of Plymouth was so incorrect. Contempt Prior to Investigation has caused me immense grief in the past. I learned that true Compassion, Humility, Rigorous Honesty exists still in the Automotive New Car Dealer Industry. Incredible Integrity was shown by all in this completely transparent sales process. I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Thank You Mike b. all the Chris's and MIke's we met along the long journey "Overseas" to find my Son's Dream Car. Went in for oil change and transmission service. Got home found fluids on my drive way, thought it was just a messy job, a week later still have fluids leaking out. I was not told of any issues before during or after service which the mechanic would have said if there was something he found before service. Sadly thought I could trust a dealership that charges $179 an hour.

I worked with Bob McGrath for over a month in deciding on the purchase of my new car. I loved the Honda CR-V, but when I found out it did not have a spare tire, I decided on another car. He could not have been more gracious to me. During the process, he educated me about trade-in values and how to research what my car was worth online. He always told me that "I should have the car that I want". Bob was very patient while I worked my way through the car-buying process. I would highly recommend him for his knowledge, skill, and gentlemanly manner of dealing with his customers.

I would strongly discourage anyone from buying a new or used car here. I recently bought a new car here and it was the worst buying experience of my life. They lived up to the sleazy car salesman stereotype which was to be expected, but what was not expected and extremely frustrating was the gross incompetence throughout the process. They initially showed me the wrong price for the car, so we wasted time negotiating that. They quoted me a very low price to add a trailer hitch that they corrected at the end, but in the meantime, we were once again negotiating on false information. When I went to pick up the car, the cargo mat that I paid for was for a different car so that had to be delivered later. And finally, they put down a different address on the title. Fortunately, it was sent to my neighbor a block away, but I'll have pay a fee and work with RMV to correct that. All n all, I do not wish this experience on anyone else, so I hope this review will we save at least one person from this establishment.

What a disappointing experience. I received a written quote that clearly stated it was valid through 1/31/2026. Today is 1/5/2026, yet when I called, I was told the quote would not be honored. I spoke with someone who identified himself as Gardiner and claimed to be the owner. That claim raised concerns, and regardless, he refused to honor the valid quote or escalate the conversation. Based on this interaction alone, I decided to take my business elsewhere. This was unexpected and reflects poorly on their business practices. I would proceed with caution.
