I purchased a vehicle from this dealership but I couldn’t take it home that day as it needed to have some parts replaced. Upon completion, the car was delivered to my home which was 3 1/2 hours away. I was quite surprised that the dealer had added $1,895 to the advertised price of the vehicle for CarDoc Connect and paint sealer. Their online advertisement stated that these items were added to the vehicle but nowhere did it say that the customer was responsible for the added cost for them. I was expecting to be able to negotiate a price somewhat lower than their advertised price and not something starting $1,895 higher. I think that the customer should have the option of paying for any additional items that weren’t originally on the car just like you would when buying a new car and selecting the options that you like. More

Great dealership however lazy lube techs upon purchasing the vehicle it still had oil residue on the engine needed to be cleaned with a degreaser and I mentioned that it had very very low coolant below the the vehicle it still had oil residue on the engine needed to be cleaned with a degreaser and I mentioned that it had very very low coolant below the minimum line I asked for them to fill it before I picked it up it was not filled and neither was washer fluid these are minor things I fixed myself but still More
