The setvice was deplorable. When checking out and paying, I was shocked to hear all the things that needed attention including a hole in my tire down to the threads. The copy I received read that I had declined all the service for the problems they found. I WAS NEVER ASKED OR INFORMED., I was especially upset that I had not been told about the tire which I would have had your service department replace at that time. I was never told about the cost of the oil change either tho my copy said I was informed. I WILL NEVER USE YOUR SERVICES AGAIN and I’ve purchased or leased my last seven autos there. I AM DONE! More
