I've been searching for a new 2025 Camry for sometime now - markjlandry

I've been searching for a new 2025 Camry for sometime now in the Waltham area. I wanted a Camry XSE with the premium plus package. Most dealers in the area only had the premium package with very limited in stock. Either they were in build phase or in transit. Decided to expand my search using Toyota.com and found one at Nucar Toyota of North Attleboro. Called them up before going on a 40 mile drive and it was still available. Mustafa Akhtar greeted me and asked me if I was looking to buy a car. I told him I was interested in the 2025 Camry XSE Ocean Gem color they had in stock and he immediately set me up for a test drive. Working with Mustafa was like I knew him for ever. Very friendly and personable. He put no pressure on me to buy a car and let me take my time to make my decision. Finally the search was over. Mustafa shared some of his personal life experiences of when he served with the United State Navy. He's a very interesting character and it made me feel like we were friends. I highly recommend working with him if you want to have a great car buying experience. To top it off, the finance team was also great to work with. Clayton Zak went through everything with me and explained things in a manner I could understand. He gave me options and backed each option with thorough explanation. My last car buying experience was not this great, it was like I was being pressured by the sales agent, then in your face pressure by the sales manager. I should have walked away that last time. Nucar Toyota of North Attleboro team gets 5 stars for how they treated me.

This dealership will give you false information about approval and rates before even checking with their financial department. Took a deposit from me and requested almost triple the amount the next day. I declined and asked for a refund. A month later still not refunded. Staff says there is no phone number I can call or anyone i can talk to. I had a dispute with my bank and was told to cancel it, and they would refund me. When I went back with the canceled dispute, they still said they couldn’t give me the money and there was noone i could complain to.
