disappointed with how long it took to actually receive the car after purchase . My first problem with this transaction was that I was not made aware of a 3-5 business day window they request for whatever the car after purchase . My first problem with this transaction was that I was not made aware of a 3-5 business day window they request for whatever reasons for delivery of the vehicle to customer until just about every single document was signed and the deal was almost complete . Never during the negotiation process was there a mention of such a long window of wait time . You would think something like that would absolutely be disclosed up front and not surprised with at the very end .Second problem was the fact that I called on the 1st business day just to confirm that what I heard was correct about some 3-5 business day for delivery the answer was yes but it never takes that long that’s for if there’s complications it shouldn’t be more than a couple days tops by the 3 rd business day I called to check on the progress only to find out that absolutely nothing had been done to start the process . Then when I made clear my frustration with the matter a sales manager attempted to ease my concerns by telling me a complete lie about my insurance company being the reason things are held up . Insurance company whom I had spoken with minutes before this conversation had started with Toyota . Insurance company whom I have been dealing with for over 12 years and have a very close relationship with and had been very cooperative with me thru the whole process with quotes and pricing for different policy options . When I had revealed to the manager that I had already spoken thoroughly to my insurance company just moments before and I knew this information was not true he tried to continue on with the lie and some nonsense that did not work and then asked me to get him a better fax number maybe that was the problem . We continued back and forth and made no progress during the conversation and was left with a let me dig into this a bit deeper and I will call you right back as soon as I get answers . The return phone call from the manager never happened instead a while later the sales person from the transaction who I was told wasn’t in today earlier when I first contacted Toyota reached out . I then explained to him what my frustration was about and how it had been 5 days /3 business days and nothing has been done not even a call to my insurance company and that was not ok and was told he is in now he started a little late today but the car situation was going to get addressed quickly and he would get back to me because he felt like it was still early enough where if they tried they could probably have it done for me today . Everything did end up getting done that day but I should not have had to call and initiate the process to do a job that was agreed upon and paid for with a purchase agreement . Everything during the negotiation process was made to seem whatever it takes to get me in a new car would be done and that eagerness I guess completely ends once the papers are signed . I can’t for the life of me understand the whole asking for 3-5 business days on the receipt of the vehicle either when you are one of the biggest auto dealers in the area and do this on a daily basis and for a living . What should be such a quick and easy process for a dealership like yourself turned out exact opposite. Having just purchased a vehicle from a dealer just weeks before this I had a good idea of what to look for in service and this was not it . The lack of providing me with the 3-5 business day info you ask until it’s basically to late to object is a bad business move as well. When your making a $25,000 purchase you would think the customers purchase would be a top priority from the seller and the transaction would be treated as such until it’s seen thru to the end apparently not here.I expected so much better from what is looked at as an automotive giant . Instead I’m left with this bad experience hopefully this may raise awareness and prevent it from happening to others in the future. More

My experience at Route44 was really good eveyone was nice and welcoming and explained things to me over and over if I didn’t understand it until I understood.
