McGovern Hyundai Brockton has an F rating with the BBB, wish i saw that before I purchased with them. They advertised a car that they didn't even have on the lot. They showed me a (more expensive) car that had "matte" paint, but neglected to tell me the extent of the care required, including that car can't be washed at a commercial car wash. i live in Boston and park on the street, so have nowhere to wash the car. When I looked at the owner's manual, there is a card that is supposed to be signed by dealer and buyer informing about special paint care, but I was never shown that. Also, the finance manager told me I needed to purchase a $3000 extended service agreement to qualify for financing, but when I looked at the contract, it said extended service contract is not required. I didn't try to haggle at all, only wanted the deal they had advertised, but ended up paying much more, due to unethical/ manipulative sales practices. Don't shop McGovern Hyundai.
