I purchased 2 SUVs and 1 pickup truck and the last SUV I had to wait 8 months for it. Although manufacturing may not be in their control, they consistently told me that my delivery date was pushed back several times with no reasoning. Considering that I waited the amount of time that I did, have purchased multiple vehicles, referred people to the dealership, I would have expected some kind of “on the house” accessory for my brand new vehicle.

He listened to my concerns in what I needed from a new car, and he accomplished the task of helping me drive away in a 2025 Corolla Cross. The Lease-End was accomplished at ease. Recently purchased a 2024 Toyota Rav 4 from Toyota of Watertown. Initially, I wanted a Ruby Red Flare Rav 4 but after seeing the car in person, decided I liked the Magnetic Gray Metallic color better. After I realized this, I contact the Kenny Wright who is one of the sale managers there. He kindly agreed to sell me the car with the color I wanted even though he had to order the Ruby Red Rav and it was already delivered to his dealership. I have bought several Toyotas in the past and Kenny was the most patient, fair and responsive sales manager I have ever dealt with. Also, the finance manager Marat Alaverdian was pleasant to deal with. He explained all the paperwork thoroughly and did not pressure me to buy anything extra I did not want. If you are looking to purchase a Toyota, definitely call Toyota of Watertown and ask for Kenny Wright; he is the BEST!

We shopped around and then we went to Ira. We had the best experience with Isaac Ruiz! We went to him and he got us the exact car we built online. He was up front and gave us a great deal that was fair. . He even got in the car with us and helped us with linking our phones and showing us all of the new tech stuff our 2025 Rav 4 has! I’m telling everyone to go to Isaac!

I ultimately didn't buy here due to a simple lack of inventory (I wanted a Prius Prime XSE in guardian gray, and they unfortunately they didn't have any in stock), but I still wanted to write a review to express appreciation for Joel and Harley. Joel in sales was kind and didn't apply any pressure on me whatsoever, and Harley in finance offered a helpful breakdown of what a leasing option would look like. I found them to be excellent to deal with and trusted what they were telling me in terms of pricing and options, and again, most importantly, they didn't pressure me whatsoever and simply talked me through my options. If they'd had inventory there, I would have absolutely purchased with them and recommend them highly if you're considering your own purchase.
