We were looking for a reliable used car for our son and found an excellent option at Toyota of Wellesley. We believe in the Toyota name for quality and the RAV4 met the requirements for a Vermont college student who appreciates how a car drives and looks. We worked with John Imparato who strikes the perfect balance of knowing the product and giving you space to think about a purchase. He fielded lots of our questions with grace - at no point did I feel pressured. A huge part of the reason we chose this dealership is because we trust them, but John went above and beyond to make my son’s official first car purchase a wonderful experience. Mark Welcome helped us with careful details of the financial aspects- and yes, Welcome is his last name and it suits him. I would absolutely recommend John, Mark, and the dealership.

Recently purchased a 2024 Toyota Rav 4 from Toyota of Watertown. Initially, I wanted a Ruby Red Flare Rav 4 but after seeing the car in person, decided I liked the Magnetic Gray Metallic color better. After I realized this, I contact the Kenny Wright who is one of the sale managers there. He kindly agreed to sell me the car with the color I wanted even though he had to order the Ruby Red Rav and it was already delivered to his dealership. I have bought several Toyotas in the past and Kenny was the most patient, fair and responsive sales manager I have ever dealt with. Also, the finance manager Marat Alaverdian was pleasant to deal with. He explained all the paperwork thoroughly and did not pressure me to buy anything extra I did not want. If you are looking to purchase a Toyota, definitely call Toyota of Watertown and ask for Kenny Wright; he is the BEST!

I ultimately didn't buy here due to a simple lack of inventory (I wanted a Prius Prime XSE in guardian gray, and they unfortunately they didn't have any in stock), but I still wanted to write a review to express appreciation for Joel and Harley. Joel in sales was kind and didn't apply any pressure on me whatsoever, and Harley in finance offered a helpful breakdown of what a leasing option would look like. I found them to be excellent to deal with and trusted what they were telling me in terms of pricing and options, and again, most importantly, they didn't pressure me whatsoever and simply talked me through my options. If they'd had inventory there, I would have absolutely purchased with them and recommend them highly if you're considering your own purchase.

Nucar Toyota of North Attleboro Sales Team (Pedro and James) were helpful and knowledgeable, but Service Department Management is not, as the result entire business and, especially customer relationships were SEVERELY damaged. I serviced my quite reliable 2009 Toyota Venza 3.5L there for years and it appears that Nucar Toyota Service Department Team is well-trained just to cover own faults to avoid any legal responsibilities for their actions by allowing undiagnosed, unrepaired and potentially UNSAFE car back to the MA roads without any QA testing and proper engine health diagnostics, which I requested specifically, and paid for. Currently I am building the legal case to sue them this time for putting my family in REAL DANGER, allowing us to drive an unsafe car back home with potentially damaged engine AFTER POOR DIAGNOSTICS ($175.00) AND UNNECESSARY $1100.00 REPAIR SERVICES ($100 part + $950.00 Labor). They can warn us on IMMINENT engine failure and advise us on trade-in for the new 2025 Toyota Crown Signia car we’ve ALREADY decided to buy same day same Toyota dealership. I expected from Toyota Service Adviser (Mike) honest and PROFESSIONAL advice to me and Toyota Salesmen (Pedro), but instead I’ve got $1100 service bill for nothing + AAA evacuator service bill, irreparable 2009 Toyota Venza turned into junk within first 5 min driving from nucar service lot, V6 engine suck and fall apart right on the middle of the highway when my wife and my son were inside this car. Shame on you!

I noticed he is more interested in your happiness rather than just selling you a car. I am super happy with my car purchase and is now a life customer at Harrs Toyota Gold Star Blv. I gave a five star rating because there is only five stars on the rating scale, but in truth and in fact Harrs deserves a 10 star ratings. Marti am telling you, you are doing a superb job at Harrs. This dealership has poor customer service. The sales person we dealt with seemed disorganized and confused. Calling us at home stating the car was ready for us. We went to the dealership to pick it up, low and behold us was not. He also forgot to ask for the title of our trade in, therefore another trip back to the dealership. The finance person Mackenzie when we said we were not interested in the extended warranty, got very combative, aggressive and just plain nasty. This to the point I almost cancelled the deal. I will not buy my next car from this dealership.
