Mark and Lancer are always on top of things—efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly. Both Camerons are incredibly helpful and go the extra mile to make sure everything runs smoothly. James, Chris, and Sarah round out an amazing team—each one of them brings a great attitude and makes sure I leave feeling taken care of. The customer service my husband and I received was above and beyond. I had been looking online at multiple dealerships and Haley had the best price on my top choice vehicle. We went on a Friday at 6pm to look at the vehicle and talk numbers on my trade-in. Haley gave me more than any other dealer had offered for my trade and got me right where I wanted to be with my monthly payment on a my new vehicle. Eric, the salesman who helped us answered every question, stayed after hours, and ensured that everything went smoothly with the finance side of things. I can't say enough good things about Haley, this is the 3rd vehicle my husband and I have purchased from them and we will continue to be loyal to the Haley group as they have always treated us fairly and have the best price around.

When we arrived we were warmly welcomed by name and promptly served by Mr. Wright. He was complimentary of our vehicle and after driving and examining it offered a very fair price—way more than another dealership was allowing as a trade-in. A very pleasant experience.

My experience was excellent. I would not hesitate to recommend. Werner Wyss provided information on the capabilities, differences in features, and options without being overwhelming. Very patient in answering my questions, remembering our conversation (even over a week later), and in showing me all the electronic details of the vehicle. Santo Iacano was also very patient in answering my questions, assured I understood the differences in the different packages and their cost. I was most appreciative of the personal attention - with no urgency or push to make a decision - that was provide.

If I could give this dealership no stars, then I would. Not only was I pressured to buy from the start. But After speaking with sales person Diego and being told the truck is 100% and just inspected. I made a 4 hour trip to look at the truck. Truck was cosmetically nice but after test driving and coming back to dealership to look it over I found coolant leaking (which wasn’t the end of the world), each headlight and tail light had an extra bulbs drilled into the housings that didn’t work, and truck had quite a bit of blow by. This was a 2015 f350 diesel with 48k miles that was not priced cheap by any means. After stating those issues and being brought the manager who tried to tell me there are absolutely no issues with the truck and “we can put it on a rack right now and show you”. I clearly didn’t need the truck put on a lift to find the issues. So all in all I wasted my day and my dads as I planned on bringing the truck home. Dealership didn’t even apologize or anything for wasting all our time. I can only imagine what this dealership would sell to somebody that doesn’t really know what they are looking for or what to check.

Andrew is my service advisor and he does a great job. I had to work with Destiny on my Saturday service and wasn’t thrilled about working with her. I dropped my truck off with Andrew and we went over the services I needed to get, he understood I would be back the following month to get the brake fluid flushed. No pressure with Andrew. Destiny tried upselling services that I already went over with Andrew and selling services that was completed before I left Texas a couple months ago. Not sure if the mechanic really looked at things but just tried to upsell un needed services. After telling Destiny I didn’t need these services and the others I had discussed with Andrew about getting them done the following month she said my truck would be ready in 20 minutes. I arrived almost a hour later just for her to tell me she is busy with 4 other ticket before me and I would have to wait in the waiting room. She never came and got me so I went to inquire if she was done. Really wasn’t happy with this service experience. Tires were rotated but the pressures were not check as they were off between 5-10psi. I hope my next experience will be better. I gave a decent review because Andrew is very helpful and not pushy.
