Kept our car for a week when they knew they had parts on back order. Said parts would be in June sometime. They made us walk for a week before calling us and telling us to pick up car. Unfixed until part came in June and bring it back part was power train unit. This could have been done soon as they knew part was back ordered instead they made us wait a week.George Grant

Service Department Review: Chris Kite went above and beyond for me and my Wrangler. I first encountered him at a different dealership and was super bummed when he left. He is Very aware of my feelings for Frisco, Plano and McKinney service departments. I reached out to Paul Aceto to find out both him and Chris were now at Forest Lane. Chris was able to accommodate a loaner vehicle for me very quick. Took care of a recall, five new tires and routine maintenance. Was transparent with pricing everything out, answered all my questions and kept me well informed. I am thrilled to be able to utilize an advisor whose judgment I trust and doesn’t talk down or dumb to me because I am female. I will absolutely be returning to Forest Lane in the future. Thank you to Chris, Paul and everyone who was a part of the service on my vehicle!

Update. I’ve been a customer for a few years and haven’t had an issue. Well. I was there earlier getting the oil changed and tires rotated in my vehicle and it took 90minutes to complete. I had an appointment time for a reason. I didn’t want to spend a long time waiting. Well, now my vehicle smells like a cigarette and I’m having to air it out at the house. I’m beyond disappointed in the “service” I have received today. When I asked the service manager if it normally takes this long to change the oil he got offended and made excuses. Finally, after we paid for the “service” as we were leaving he apologized for the wait time. Really? I would make the apology the first words. Or even ask the customer beforehand if they are under time constraints because they were training a new guy that possibly smokes while he’s working. I have several medical conditions and inhaling cigarette smoke in my once clean trailhawk is not part of my treatment plan. So now I get to incur the cost of a new in cabin air filter and ionization to clean the air in my vehicle. What a horrible experience. The salesman was only concerned about selling me a new vehicle. No thanks.

They asked me to leave it another day to wash it and when I went to pick it up i find a dirty car. this is after a 60 mile one way trip. not good I have purchased several vehicles at this dealership but might question another. Worst customer care. Had my truck for almost 5 months for a recall. Picked up truck with a wrecked bumper mirror and door panel. They did nothing not to mention a drive shaft for a 4x4 in the bed of the truck. Trailer hitch bent looks like the used it to pull a trailer and jack knows it. Was supposed to get a call from owner of lot. Crickets still no call. At 10,000 mile oil change was told rear Ed oil needed to be changed. Lies. The oil change package was told after purchase it is disqualified because it’s an eco diesel. Why was it sold to me so I only received two of the three changes. No one calls you back. I will never purchase from Texan dodge humble.

The dealerships close to my Frisco, Tx had more than 45 days wait for diagnostic and unknown days for repairs. Ram Country was able to get diagnostics and repairs in two trips in a week. Excellent service experience by great team.
