A former resident of Wisconsin now living in Texas I will still only purchase from them and have cars shipped to me. The integrity Jeff and Porsche Waukesha have is unmatchable. The communication through the process from ordering the perfect car, waiting while being built and shipped was truly appreciated. Jeff even went to the extent of sending me a photo of the ship my new car was coming on. The personal touch he gave was a fantastic quality that for me went a long way. My entire experience with Kolosso Toyota and Gary and Joshua particularly was seemless and exceptional. Both gentlemen made the vechicle buying process easy and understandable. Gary responded to any of my questions promptly and accurately. He also called me in advance of my vehicle arriving to let me know that it was in transit, which I really appreciated. Joshua also followed up with me to schedule a time for me to come in to finalize the paperwork and drive away in my brand new 4Runner. The vehicle is incredible and I'm so glad I waited to get it. Gary took the time to introduce me to my 4Runner and go over everything. There is a lot of technology and features in this car and Gary did an expert job of walking me through all of it. We got my phone connected and got everything setup so when I drove off I was fully operational. Overall, very pleased with my buying experience and the professionalism of the two men I had the pleasure of working with. 5 stars all around!
