Jake and Colleen were who helped us over this weekend. THEY were fantastic to work with, absolutely the best people we have ever had when getting a vehicle. Jake made everything very possible for us that day to make sure we were taking the truck home as we drove over 3 hours to look at the truck! As the original truck we were going to look at was already sold but not updated on the website, we went to look at our other option and fell in love with that one anyways! They were both very friendly and very welcoming. I didn’t feel like a “buyer” with them and they were easily personable! They helped problem-solve every little thing for us. Jake’s attitude and personality alone made it worth the very far trip we took! I wish there were more people like them to ease the stress and make the environment so welcoming and friendly.

I think that staff should take note of the age of the vehicle being serviced and the loaner vehicle, and then make sure the updated technology of the loaner is understood before letting the customer take it off the lot.

I think the service was excellent & Scott & all staff members attentive & helpful. My husband is dealing with a sudden back issue & staff assisted him. This purchase was related to a bad car accident & although the insurance settlement was generously, still we were limited by the amount we could spend for a car. We could not finance at present, so Scott & his manager found a car that would work for me with decent mileage & very nice exterior. While not the Rogue, I was hoping for. This Sentra will get me down the road & gets excellent gas mileage 35 to 42 mph on the road. I like Nissans having had a 2003 Altima, that was dependable & with good gas mileage.

Super experience working with Patrick! We were talking about buying a van, but had planned to wait till spring. My old SUV had other ideas and jumped the timing chain just the other day, so we were down to one vehicle. We needed to buy a van ASAP. With a toddler and a newborn in tow, I wasn't looking forward to the lengthy buying process, but Patrick got us in and out with our new van fairly quickly! Thank you Patrick!

Loved every single thing that happened while i was buying my car. First off i’m all the way in Hawaii so it was my first time ever buying a car & crazy thing is it was wayyyy out of state . Joe Kopietz was such a great salesman ! Communication was there even when we were 5-6hrs apart . Made my first buying experience the best thing ever.. Gave his personal just incase i needed to stay in contact for the car when he wasn’t in office . It’s crazy to think i have so much trust in him because i didn’t see the car in person so it’s pretty crazy getting a car you ain’t seen in person other than videos/pictures . The whole Crest Cadillac Team was great, everybody did their part ! If i could do it all over again I would ! Really recommend this dealership company & talking to Joe Kopietz !
