Everyone I came into contact with was laser focused on providing a 10/10 customer service experience from start to finish, and they succeeded. They were respectful of my budget and my time. They listened to my wants and needs. Most importantly, they used their wealth of knowledge about vehicles to find a vehicle for me that was nothing short of the best that I could comfortably afford, while keeping me solidly inside of my budget, and extremely satisfied with the 2025 Honda Civic I leased. I know that I’ll be recommending Russ Darrow Honda in the future to anyone interested in a new vehicle. There’s no way I could send someone to another dealership.

James Skolaski was our salesperson and he was amazing. We intended to go look at a car we saw online. After driving it, we decided maybe we SHOULD buy a new car however we weren't exactly sold on the one we went to go see. He gave us so much time to talk privately and answered all our questions honestly. Ultimately, a different car caught our eye and we were fully invested in the new car. He never rushed us or pressured us. His years of experience in this field shows. No one likes a car salesperson who is pushy! James is far from that. Would definitely recommend him to others.

Rock County Honda has redeemed themselves. After an absolutely horrendous experience there nearly 2 years ago,, I vowed to take my business elsewhere. Recently decided to take another chance on them, to have windshield wiper blades and cabin air filter replaced..My experience with new service advisor Rob, has redeemed my opinion of this place. From the time I walked in to the time I drove away, Rob treated me with courtesy, respect and made me feel like a valued customer. I will definitely do business with Rock County Honda again.

Scheduled a first service appointment for our new Honda Passport. Tried to schedule the appointment online, but never received a confirmation. I called a couple of days later, and they said they had no record of the appointment. Fast-forward to the day of our ‘by phone’ scheduled appointment. My wife was on her way through Stevens Point on other business. She checked in on time. She was told the oil change couldn’t be done because their computers were down. How weak is that excuse? Think outside the box? You couldn’t find one of those outdated multi-copy repair orders? No pens? Does the technician lose the ability to perform an oil change because the computers are ‘down’? We live 30 miles away. Give me a break? not a free car wash.

Terrible place!!! They sold my mother a 2009 Toyota Corolla for 10 grand which was a rip off in itself, then days after buying it we started having troubles with the struts and strut mounts, they “fixed it” 3 times!! And it’s still having the same problems!! Now I found out they twisty tied her muffler to a piece they welded onto the muffler and it’s our fault? Worst experience ever!!! They don’t give two xxxxs about u after you leave that lot besides Erik and Danny and Adam!! Them three will help u the rest won’t even care!
