Lindsay's very cordial and did arrange for a price discount for a failed original battery. When i called to schedule, I was advised that 7:30 am was the only appointment available, but that I could wait for installation of a new battery. What I arrived , I was then advised that the battery installer would not arrive until noon and that it would be about 2:00pm for completion. I was given a shuttle ride home. I returned about 2:15 to find my vehicle in the service area with the hood up and what appeared to be a new battery. I was advised that it was not. I returned to the waiting room . At about 2:45 I was advised that the vehicle was ready. The battery works very well, but my extended experience was not anticipated.

I bought a 2024 Honda HR-V EX last January, through a salesperson named Cliff Roberts. He ended up being a perfect salesperson for me. I purchased my vehicle in less than 4 hours. The paperwork was the easiest of any of the 12 new cars I've bought. My Honda handles fantastic on the road and is a blast to drive, though in a perfect world it would have a little more zip 0-70mph. Merging is still straight forward and smooth though. The body work on the car is also excellent work. Being an ex-auto-body technician I can attest to that. The interior is outstanding and excels in almost every area. In fact I can't think of a con in the interior.

A few days before I hit a deer and my car was totaled. I needed to get back in a vehicle as soon as possible. Basically, the floor was ripped out from underneath me. I had no time even to do any research, didn’t even know what kind of vehicle I wanted. The experience from walking in the door to driving home in my new vehicle was amazing! Scheduled a first service appointment for our new Honda Passport. Tried to schedule the appointment online, but never received a confirmation. I called a couple of days later, and they said they had no record of the appointment. Fast-forward to the day of our ‘by phone’ scheduled appointment. My wife was on her way through Stevens Point on other business. She checked in on time. She was told the oil change couldn’t be done because their computers were down. How weak is that excuse? Think outside the box? You couldn’t find one of those outdated multi-copy repair orders? No pens? Does the technician lose the ability to perform an oil change because the computers are ‘down’? We live 30 miles away. Give me a break? not a free car wash.
