I’m happy to say all my worries were washed away from the minute I walked in the door. The staff was so friendly, I mainly worked with Meghan and she was amazing!! Seemed 1 1/4 hours for an appointment oil change and tire rotation is long. Like the car wash. Nice to see so many folks come to check you in. Would be nice if they reset your navigation screen back to where you had it after they update the oil change. I had to play with it quite a bit to get it back to mph. Not sure if I will get my points in the Ford Pass as I checked and didn't see it but will give it 30 days.

I found a used Expedition on marketplace, but it was in Wisconsin, and I live in Michigan. I called anyway and got hold of a sales consultant named Treavor. He was a joy, professional, friendly, and had answers for all of my questions. The vehicle was what I was looking for, and after talking with Treavor, my wife and I decided to make the trip to Wisconsin. As we suspected, we were extremely pleased with the dealership and Treavor. A wonderful experience and definitely worth the trip. I highly recommend Lake Ford and Treavor. Oh, and I love our new/used Ford Expedition!
