I brought my Chevy Bolt in for service and picked (tire rotation and general maintenance. I started on my way home and a check car light came on. I called and they squeezed in a quick check the same day. Diagnostic said the AC was failing. They couldn’t service until after the weekend, but were able to get the job done a few days later. All good as new. The work was under warranty so no charge and they came and picked me up from my home!

So today I went in for an oil change and had them shuttle me to and from work. The only thing was there was a miscommunication and was left at work... I called to check if they were on their way and they arranged someone to pick me up ASAP. Life happens, people aren’t perfect and sometimes things like this happen. It could’ve happened at any dealership. When I arrived they were busy but that didn’t stop them from greeting me and assuring me they’ll be with me shortly. After being held up for a while, Susana made up for everything by deciding to cover the charge. I didn’t have to pay😃 these things only happen at excellent dealerships like Nissan. Bad service is simply unacceptable to them! Bravo Nissan, bravo 👏.

My husband John and I have been doing business with Gillis for over 18 years. Since he passed, I have continued to business with them. From buying a Jeep from Randy Johnson to having all my maintenance work done by Daniel, Aaron and the rest of the crew. Today, I had my car detailed for the first time since buying it in 2018. OMG, I swear I got a new car. Now only did they detail the inside the washed the outside and shuttled me home and then picked me up. I am so impressed and will never go anywhere else ever. I love all the guys and ladies down there, their family like atmosphere, friendly attitudes and always smiling.
