I have used this dealership for over 20 years. On 9/24/2024, I bought a new, 2024 Toyota Highlander Hybrid, Platinum edition. As an older driver, I was very concerned with car safety features. The car I drove previously was a 2001 Toyota Sienna, with 244,000+ miles on it, and it had no modern safety features, except air bags and anti-lock brakes. My salesperson, Oleg Lukyanchikov, was very professional, knowledgeable, personable and totally trustworthy and honest. Oleg showed me several cars, designed to help me figure out exactly what I wanted. No pressure at all, from Oleg. I am very happy with my new car and with Oleg. I recommend Oleg and Ourisman Fairfax Toyota fully, without any reservation. I would buy from Oleg and Ourisman Fairfax Toyota again, no question. The process of buying the car was very smooth and the entire staff that I met with, including Sebastian, were very helpful and understanding of my needs. They really helped me. We walked the lot on a Sunday not realizing the dealership was open. Siroos Tale, sales consultant, inquired if he could be of assistance. Half hour later we conclude a purchase of a new Tacoma. The whole process was the easiest and most positive experience I’ve ever had in 50 plus years of driving. The staff treated us like family in every way. My son is about to look for a RAV4 - I definitely recommended this dealership. Best in Richmond. Well done.

We went as we were looking at options to buy a Prius. At the dealership, we came to know they are not selling this model because of some recall. Beyond that, no one was interested in even giving us any information. After some wait we were told to talk to Omar as he knows all about Prius. But it seemed like he didn't know the difference between the Prius models and kept referring to an online portal. He appeared not to be hearing us and was just trying to sell us other models which they had in stock even after we had told him what we were looking for. And when we asked him to give us the buy-back value for our present Prius, he brushed us off with some logic that did not make sense.

I purchased a used car from them on 9/27/24. It was easy. They stayed open late for me to make the purchase and worked with me on the down payment. Once my insurance money came in the following Wednesday, I went to dealership directly and gave them the money. Fast forward to today 11/4/24, I am riding around on expired temporary tags because I have yet to receive the actual tags from dealership that I've been told were sent next day on Thursday 10/31. I NEED MY PLATES YESTERDAY!
