He also spent a decent amount of time dealing with car-phone set-up issues, but got them sorted! If you have any technical car queries, he's the tech wizard of the group! ^.^ Nadeem J. took care of the car schematics, test drive, and getting all the details sorted out before the big finish. He's easy to talk to, explained all the pros and cons, and was super patient! All in all, totally bombaat!! Last but not least, Marcello M. took care of the last mile, ran through the necessary information in a timely manner, and made the final checks as smooth as possible. Also, he's got an awesome card collection to help pass the time instead of staring at the wall while all the paperwork is sorted. Can't thank them all enough!! Highly highly recommend!!

We recently purchased a car from Battlefield Toyota Dealership. Our salesman, Wayne Moody, was great to deal with. He went through the inventory and found exactly what we wanted. We were able to take it for a test drive and purchase it the same day. We were there due to our car being totaled and in need of a new one. Wayne was sympathetic to our needs and supportive during this process. Emily Schuyler our finance person, was equally fantastic. Our family has purchased several cars from Battlefield Toyota and it has always been a good experience.

We purchased a car from the dealership and once with the finance person, everyone else left for the day, we signed the paperwork and left with the car. The was on a Saturday. We drove an hour home and noticed we were charged a "200.00 addition" to the vehicle price for a Classic Theft Protection Plan ,that was never explained by anyone at the dealership. On Monday I spoke to Trey about this and was told it comes with all the vehicles and was not optional. My problem was the signature was done on a signature pad so we never saw the actual form. Since this on all your vehicles and is not an option to the buyer it should be explained before you are signing the loan papers. After speaking with the manager and with it being posted on their website, we were able to resolve the issue. Great sales lady and I love my new car.

I recently purchased a 2026 Highlander Hybrid Platinum. My salesperson was Gary Rogers. He was great!! Gary answered ALL of my many questions from deciding which one I wanted to buy through how do all these new features work! No question or concern was too small to address. Additionally, he returned my calls promptly. There was no pressuring me to buy a certain model. Of course, he presented options and things to think about, but the final decision was mine. After my car arrived, I dealt with Angel, finance manager and Melissa, inventory manager. Both were very friendly and professional. Gary stayed involved answering questions and navigating me through the purchasing process. This is our family’s 3rd purchase from Miller. This 2026 Highlander replaces my 2005 Highlander. We also have a 2016 Highlander. Because they have always treated us with respect and because of their professionalism, we keep coming back when we need to upgrade our cars. We get all our service performed at Miller. Our service adviser, Dimas, is wonderful! We truly appreciate working with him. I would definitely recommend Gary and all of Miller’s supporting staff when buying your next car from Miller.

Based on the campaign and recall notice to prevent corrosion, I took my car to the service center. After the inspection and services were completed, I drove home and only realized the issue after returning home. I noticed that the rubber trunk weatherstripping had been lifted off and left unsecure/was not secured back in place. According to the paperwork, the technician who worked on my vehicle was Seung Lee. This was a waterproofing treatment, but leaving an unsecured rubber seal could become pinched or damaged, potentially leading to further issues for the customer. Last year, their technician left a greasy mark on the side door panel after a scheduled oil change. There is an inconsistency in their service quality. I am very disappointed with the quality of the inspection and services.

My wife Michelle and I, have been looking for a new car for several years, and we just didn't find the right one, that is until we came to Sheehy Toyota in Stafford. Upon walking into the showroom, we were greeted by Seth Bryant, he was personable, knowledgeable and professional. He answered all of our questions and gave us an opportunity to take a car for a test drive and complete our runs of picking up our children from work and school (5 children). We did not make it back to the dealership until right at 8 pm which was closing time. Seth was right there and after we said that we like the car and will be back the next day, since it was after 8. Seth said that he had everything and everyone set up and if we were ready to make the purchase then we would be able to complete the purchase that night. You truly have a great asset in Seth, and the finance rep was also awesome, who was very patient and answered all of our questions, My wife and I did not feel rushed at all. To top the night off Ms. Cecilia Mondragonpina was extremely helpful and she stayed late into the evening to ensure that MIchelle was comfortable with all the options of driving our new Toyota Camry. It was well past nine pm, one hour after regular closing time, but she was right there next to Michelle assisting her, it was truly remarkable how helpful that she was to Michelle. These three employees went above and beyond to provide our family with exceptional service. Job Well Done! We will definitely be back soon to replace our aging Toyota Sienna.
