Kwang Kim is a customer service-oriented professional salesperson. I entered the dealership knowing I wanted a Toyota Camry. Mr. Kim listened to my expectations for a new car. There was no pressure to "upgrade" to special features that didn't suit my driving needs, but since I didn't want a white, silver, gray, or black car, he checked his computer and found a lovely blue (Ocean Gem) Camry coming in any day. He walked me through the process, and when I picked up my car, he spent the time to show me how the latest dashboard technology worked. My experience with Mr. Kim and Bill Page Toyota was a great experience. I highly recommend both to anyone looking to purchase a Toyota.

Delivered on finding my 'unicorn' 4R Limited I-Force Max Underground w/ Portabello interior. Did NOT take advantage of me as a customer and provided an honest discount given market pricing for these 4R models/trim. Otis and Arnold were low pressure, honest, seasoned-kind of gentleman I suspect still think a handshake has meaning. Salesman Otis did the hard work searching for and finding my desired vehicle. When one suddenly presented itself to Battlefield from another deal that soured, Otis called me on a Sunday and we negotiated the price, visited the dealership, spoke with Emily/Finance and arranged delivery for next day Monday in literally ~3 hrs. Mind you, my experience with other dealers, just to put in energy to look, up front wanted MSRP just on the IF they found it. Battlefield put in the work and then, provided a respectable discount off MSRP which of course, by NOT taking advantage of me immediately earned my respect! This reflects true respect for the Customer. Enough to say that even though they are 1 hr away, I intend to use the Battlefield Toyota Service Department. I suspect their Service managers and Technicians are just as good.

We purchased a car from the dealership and once with the finance person, everyone else left for the day, we signed the paperwork and left with the car. The was on a Saturday. We drove an hour home and noticed we were charged a "200.00 addition" to the vehicle price for a Classic Theft Protection Plan ,that was never explained by anyone at the dealership. On Monday I spoke to Trey about this and was told it comes with all the vehicles and was not optional. My problem was the signature was done on a signature pad so we never saw the actual form. Since this on all your vehicles and is not an option to the buyer it should be explained before you are signing the loan papers. After speaking with the manager and with it being posted on their website, we were able to resolve the issue. Great sales lady and I love my new car.

I recently purchased a 2026 Highlander Hybrid Platinum. My salesperson was Gary Rogers. He was great!! Gary answered ALL of my many questions from deciding which one I wanted to buy through how do all these new features work! No question or concern was too small to address. Additionally, he returned my calls promptly. There was no pressuring me to buy a certain model. Of course, he presented options and things to think about, but the final decision was mine. After my car arrived, I dealt with Angel, finance manager and Melissa, inventory manager. Both were very friendly and professional. Gary stayed involved answering questions and navigating me through the purchasing process. This is our family’s 3rd purchase from Miller. This 2026 Highlander replaces my 2005 Highlander. We also have a 2016 Highlander. Because they have always treated us with respect and because of their professionalism, we keep coming back when we need to upgrade our cars. We get all our service performed at Miller. Our service adviser, Dimas, is wonderful! We truly appreciate working with him. I would definitely recommend Gary and all of Miller’s supporting staff when buying your next car from Miller.

Ethan seems nice in the beginning but everything turned below my expectations when after waiting 4 hours I got a text my car is ready but when I got to his desk he was at lunch with out passing down to a colleague. I had to bully my way out and make one of the advisors to let me out of there. After I retrieve the car I noticed right away the tire rotation was not completed and the engine was overfilled with oil. I left over 5 messages during the week and Ethan never return my call regarding my concerns. I end up reaching to Service Manager who graciously agreed fix the issues. Ethan you are no longer my service advisor.

I arrived at the lot to look at a couple colors on a Toyota Tacoma and check to see when their next shipment was going to arrive. I had planned on purchasing a 2026 Tacoma SR5 because it fit my budget. But, They had a used 2025 Tacoma TRD Offroad with extermly low miles ,which I really wanted, but knew it was outside of my budget. I told Mike McCoy and the sale manager Jay Gurganus if they could get the price within that of a 2026 SR5 that I would buy it. After about 30 minutes the sales manager returned with a very reasonable offer. I was in shock, after decussing the deal with my wife , I agreed to purchase the truck. We purchase a new vehicle every 3 years and this was the smoothest deal ever. I highly recommend asking for Mike McCoy and I assure you that it will be a smooth deal.
