Ive use their service department for over a decade to keep my Lexus running. Its like a dealer quality mom and pop operation to me. Reasonably priced, excellent work and Holly and the reservation crew are easy to communicate with, flexible and answer their phones.

I have been taking my car to Hart Nissan for many years for maintenance and service and I'm consistently delighted with the results. I have a dedicated service advisor, Rebakah Stevens, who is outstanding. She routinely takes me for a "walk around" the car with the technician to identify any problems and then a second time before I leave to verify that I'm satisfied with the work. I particularly appreciate the fact that they do not try to sell me anything that is not necessary to keep the car operating smoothly. Knowing that Rebekah has my back and that the service technicians do such good work makes doing business with Hart Nissan a great experience.

Mohammad Jabir is absolutely fabulous and the best service rep. He's exceptionally knowledgeable, proactive, responsive, cost conscious, customer oriented, puts in an unbelievable amount of hours - so he always seems to be there, and is always cheerful and a pleasure to work with. He's the reason I drive over 70 miles to just to have my oil changed when that's all my car needs. And needless to say the only person I take my car to when it needs more than an oil change.

My first visit to the dealership in several months since I had an issue which only they could resolve (fob death!). Service was speedy, staff was attentive to time, made several suggestions but pointed out that my six year inspection was fast approaching. I will certainly return for that. Can't evaluate individuals since I don't know their names....

When I first got there, the associate mentioned that I didn’t have an appointment until 1 PM which I did not set that time, but I told them that I had to come in that morning and drop it off and she said that would be fine, but it looked like there was a little bit of miscommunication between the service department and the rental department so I’m standing and waiting around for everything to get in place knowing that I called them last Thursday and they had Friday and Saturday to have it prepared for Monday but Kevin was amazing. He called me and kept me updated on the progress of my Nissan.

Called service for recall appointment. The call was answered by David Mendez, a friendly and professional young man. He stated that parts were not in yet, but would call with an appointment when they were. Within a half hour I received a text, with an appointment time. Not having an alternate ride, I opted to wait while the recall was performed and added an update notice received on the day before the appointment. Both of these items were completed in a reasonable amount of time.

Walking into the service portion of the dealership was great until I walked up to a desk with a gentleman who barely acknowledged me pointed to the desk across the way and went back to playing on his phone. A very lovely young lady named Natasha greeted me and told me she would be right with me as she was busy with 3 other customers at the moment. Once she had cashiered everyone out she greeted me with the warmest smile and welcome. She walked me through my service and what would happen during the appointment. She was helpful and very informative. She did not push any recommendations just explained what would need to be done. Such a wonderful employee. It is a shame that other service employees can’t manage to work.

I like the fact that he ensures I understand the reason a part needs to be replaced or repaired. He presents me the opportunity to review the invoice and ask questions before finalizing the payment - one of the reasons he’s earned my trust.
