I came to the dealership later that day and CJ his trainee Kaylin were great. I actually left the dealership with the same model but with more equipment and a very similar price. The turn around time was very timely, the parts manager needs to learn how to resource part from sister dealership ,if parts are on national back order . The service team was good, I personally would have liked better update on my vehicle, especially with insurance company issues and parts delays. The major problem was when my vehicle was return the grease odor for the shop mechanics was so over bearing and discussing and now I have to pay to deodorize my vehicle

They were fair when making a deal and while I have had absolutely no problems with my Grand Waggy I have taken it in several time for routine maintenance, oil changes and tire rotations their service department has been outstanding. I cannot recommend them highly enough and Paula Ames my Service Advisor has been fabulous. After fifty years of buying many vehicles my experience with these folks has been the best ever!

We stayed at a CandyHill Campground on our way from Pa. To NC. Went to hook up the camper with my 6 month old truck and the check engine light came on. Called Safford Ram, they said bring it right down we will diagnose and see what we can do. They got it right in and diagnosed, it was a stuck EGR valve. They fixed it and truck was fine. Very courteous, caring, and a lifesaver for us towing a camper. Staff was amazing…. Many thanks to all at Stafford Ram. Thank you!!
