Overall service was good but I was there around 8:30 and it seemed a little unorganized. I got taken care of quickly but there was a line behind me about 5 or 6 people deep. The service on the vehicle was quick but I had to ask to get checked out after the vehicle was parked and ready to go. Noticed a black mark like grease on floor after I got home. Good thing I put a towel down before I came in. I’d rather have grease on a 5 dollar towel than on my carpet. But yeah overall service was good and staff was trying hard to smooth it out after maybe a little rough start to the day. Thank you and I will return. More

I called 3 times to see if my car was ready and left messages with a human who said she would get the message to them, the last message going to a manager, texted the number that said 'text this number messages with a human who said she would get the message to them, the last message going to a manager, texted the number that said 'text this number with questions' and got no response to whether my car was ready for pick up. When I just showed up I asked if it was ready and told him that I had called 3 times and texted to find out if it was ready and before I could finish my sentence he interrupts me and asks my last name. Then he said 'I'm going to take care of the tire rotation for you. Does that make it easier to swallow?' Absolutely disgusting. More

Additionally, the service was completed in less than one hour, which is significantly faster than the usual minimum of one and a half hours.
