Your service was amazing. I visited your dealership after I noticed my state inspection sticker had expired. I had already been to 2 other providers of this service only to be told I needed an appointment in the coming week and would have to drop off my car. Since I am a widow, I had no one to help me do that, so I went to Loyalty. The personnel, especially Trey Kight, were wonderful! They not only inspected my car but also checked the tire pressure which On-Star had notified me was low. I can't thank them enough!!

I want to give a huge shout and thank you to Johnson Family Chevrolet in Woodlawn, VA. We had a mechanical issue happen with our truck and was headed to get the part we thought would fix it, we saw the bay doors open to the service department and ventured over to see if we could get assistance. Instead of being told again after the first 10 we stopped to talk to "service is closed, come back Monday", we got the owner, Adam Johnson who said, let me help you out. He immediately got on the phone to one of his technician who was home with a sick baby, he spoke with us about the issue it could be and sent one of his fellow techs to help. Surprised to us, the young man on the phone showed up well as the one he had asked to come in. The young men worked on our truck trying to fix this issue so we could finish running our load of heat supplies to WNC. Needless to say they couldn't fix the issue the same day, but they helped us remedy getting the supplies to WNC. The owner, gave us the keys to a brand new Chevrolet pickup to take the load to WNC, no charge!!!! Glory to God this family business saved us and helped us above and beyond to get the job done. If anyone needs a Chevrolet or is thinking of buying one... Go as fast as you can to this dealership, I can only imagine the service you will receive and support you will receive from them, after they have done this for us. Many thanks to all who helped us there, the owner, Adam Johnson. Jake Helms and Hunter Davidson, the 2 young technicians who did everything they could to fix our issue... You all are amazing and we are so grateful to have met you all.

Our 2021 Bolt EV required an EV battery replacement due to a recall. We brought the vehicle in to be diagnosed, and due to the planned replacement we would have to wait until the dealership received the new battery (unknown length of time). Meanwhile our family was down a vehicle so we asked the service department for a loaner. Connor and the team were able to setup a temporary Hummer EV (wow!) until our Bolt's battery could be fixed. Luckily we only had to wait 2 weeks and the job was handled smoothly. Connor and his service manager Ebony were very helpful, efficient and professional with the entire process. Exemplary customer service. Would recommend this dealership and hope they keep up the good work.

Back in March 22 of this year, my 2018 chevy cruz Engine - dradspd

Back in March 22 of this year, my 2018 chevy cruz Engine light came on. I took it in and the service dept replaced a NOX sensor under the car’s extended warranty. - Starting mid June, I had 3 failed attempts to get my car’s emission tested. I needed it in order to renew my car registration, which expired on June 30 2024. The garage couldn’t get the emission reading. I drove the car over 200 miles. Still failed. - On my way to the 4th emission test attempt, the engine light came on again, this time, the warranty for the car has expired. I took the car back in on June 26, 2024. - July 9 the service manager, Amanda N, informed me that I needed to pay additional of $400 for diagnostic fees. I consented and gave a go ahead. - waited for days, no response, no update. Called the dealership every other day and was told the service manager, Amanda was out. Left msg with other service manager multiple times, no call back. - July 19 ubered to the service department to inquire the repair status and was told Amanda is out sick still and another service manager told me the 2nd nox sensor had gone bad. Estimated repair $1309. Signed and consented to repair. - July 24, got another estimate from Amanda asking for $3400 because the mechanic damaged the exhaust pipe when attempted to replace the sensor. Amanda was sympathetic but couldn’t do anything for me. I refused to pay. Amanda referred me to the service supervisor Larry. Left msg with him - July 25, I called the general manager Bob B and left him msg. He never called back. Left another msg for another service supervisor. No call back. - July 26, Larry finally returned my msg. He indicated that he would contact GM regarding the repair cost of the damaged exhaust pipe. - July 30, Larry called back and informed me GM will pick up the tabs for the exhaust pipe. Got an updated repair estimate - waited for a week, again no repair status. Called and left msg. Amanda called back and informed me the wrong part was ordered. The service needed to reorder the parts again. More waiting - August 8, finally was told the car was ready to pick up - August 9, picked up the vehicle. The car was in the shop since 6/26 and during this time, I had no access to my car. No transparency on repair progress. Went through a series of depression, anxiety and anger. The nox sensir system should have been covered by the warranty. But I had no choice but to pay. The car still needs to get an emission pass. Finally, i was told that the new nox sensors need to go though a drive cycle of 160 or so miles to calibrate. I am a first time FM car owner but this will be my last. The whole repair experience has scared me for life.

I asked for an inspection to be done and it didn’t happen. I usually get a report listing the conditions of things, but never got it. I do not look forward to bringing my vehicle in anymore. The staff at the service desk are barely professional. Past couple times I was there they barely communicated to me what was going on with my vehicle. This past time, the inside of my vehicle was more dirty than when I left it. The mechanics don’t wash their hands before touching things like my steering wheel. The stitching isn’t white anymore from last time and it was grimy when put my hands on it this time around. Also, I can tell they left my driver side door open when it was being worked on because there was dust and some white shavings in my vents and down along the inside of my door. I’m upset, and have been for a while with the Ted Britt dealership. I had a really unpleasant interaction with one of the guys in the parts department a couple times back. After three months of dreading it, I finally went back to talk to someone about my situation. The manager who I spoke to called that parts guy in to see if he would work with me, but he didn’t and was rude on top of it. The manager helped me out and made it right. Anyways, it was a bad experience and I lost trust in that dealership after that. Bringing my vehicle in again this past time was just another disappointment. I’m not the one to complain but I felt like I needed to speak up.

21 August I was having a problem with my car stalling out. As an out of towner, I thought it best to find a Chevy dealer. Battlefield was the nearest. I was pleasantly greeted by Ashleigh (service advisor). Because I didn't have an appt, Ashleigh explained that it might be a quite a few hours before a tech would be available to diagnose the problem but she would do what she could to get me on my way. Less than 2 hours later the problem was found and an adjustment was made. Over 300 miles later and my car is running perfect. My wife and I were very appreciative of the effort she made to get our car serviced. Ashleigh is a credit to the the dealership AND the service dept.

I’ve (somewhat unfortunately) had to visit BMW of Fairfax Collision Center several times over the past 18 months to have various body damage repaired. Every time the experience has been beyond phenomenal. While the quality and timeliness of the repairs is excellent, what really stands out is the customer service. Whether it’s been to push my insurance company to authorize having the car repaired the right way (rather than the cheapest way) or helping me deal with the results of my own inability to drive without bumping into stuff, the staff has always been professional, friendly, and very helpful. I normally wouldn’t look forward to visiting a body shop, but I always enjoy visiting the BMW of Fairfax Collision Center...BMW of Fairfax’s regular service center could definitely learn from them. Ian and Henry have both helped me, with both being excellent!!
