I was shopping via the internet over a period of around 10 days and at the end of negotiations the sales person I was working with said they were all in and seemed as he didn’t care if he was able to complete a deal or see a customer go to another dealer. I contacted the sales manager Mr. Thompson and told him the story and was able to negotiate a deal on my new vehicle. I highly recommend working with Mr. Thompson for a great deal. I actually ended up driving over 500 miles to get the vehicle I wanted at a great deal.

Was sold a lemon and they refuse to help me! ('17 Lincoln Mkc) been dealing with misfiring issue from 1 month after I brought car. (This is my 2nd time going back) berglund service department refuse to work on the car told me to go to Ford-Lincoln dealership because they wouldn't have the parts that I needed but they didn't bother to check the problem. Long story short spark plugs and engine coils has been replaced 3xs and now Ford-Lincoln dealership will not work on the car because it's an internal issue. PLEASE BE CARE WHEN BUYING A CAR FROM HERE! the cars are sold as is they bid on cars that were repossessed or traded in because of issue etc.

You feel like a number here. No geniune concern. Service is even worse. Don’t buy a vehicle here and feel like you can bring it back for timely service. They quick to cross sale at every oil change but not respectful of your time even when you make an appointment for service. Tom Dehaven is a Service Advisor with no urgency or care.

Service department scheduled a recall repair, then tried to upsell for other repairs. They did not call or text to say the truck was ready. Dropped off at 7:30 am, finally went to service department to pick up truck, it was done at 3:00 pm. I left phone messages and texts prior to going back, and asking when it would be done. Receptionist called after I had already picked up the truck. First time at this service department and most likely the last.

They are the worst dealership when it comes to repairing your car telling you that they can't fix something and that all the car models that I have the GMC terrain have the same grinding noise when you back up the car they can't check the transmission because there's no dipstick but when I went on the internet for the GMC and told them there is a way to check you'll transmission fluid they asked me that I believe everything I see on the internet so I can't get no result so I'm going to just post everything I can on the internet I'm sorry they treat me like a peasant but I'm sorry also that I bought that GMC terrain

I was browsing Ramey’s Website and found a pre-owned Lexus which I liked. The Lexus was on their Richlands lot. I contacted them via E-mail to get more information about the vehicle and to discuss pricing. I exchanged multiple E-mails with Sidney Smith and Brandon Sheets. After we had basically negotiated a deal via E-mail, my wife and I traveled to the Ramey-Richlands dealership to test drive the vehicle. While driving the vehicle, we discovered that the windshield had a tiny chip / pit, which the dealership promptly had repaired to our satisfaction at their cost. We then finalized the deal. While visiting the dealership, we met with Brandon Sheets (manager), Christian Yates (sales), Frank Browning (sales), Eugene Hilton (sales), and Chance Moore (finance). All of them were very professional, courteous, friendly, cooperative, and helpful. This was our first experience with the Ramey-Richlands dealership, and it was very positive. We would not hesitate to deal with the Ramey-Richlands staff again for future vehicle purchases.

I purchased a used vehicle 6 months ago and it has been back in twice for maintenance. 1st my brakes were squeaking very loud and maintenance said it was a GMC issue so there's nothing they can do and now my Transmission is going out on the vehicle. I'm thinking it's time to get a lawyer. I don't have a loaner car to get to work I'm very upset because how can I pay for my over priced used vehicle I purchased from Lindsey GMC and I can't get to work. I had so much faith in this dealership but they are not keeping up to the standards they portray.........so disappointing

It took over a month to get the timing fixed and drove it home only to find out timing was off. Never got a return call from them. Finally made an appointment only to find out the parts had come in two weeks ago and was never updated or called. I recommend going elsewhere for repairs.

Awful experience at the service department. Not first time that had to take vehicle back for them to fix their mistakes. The service manager does not return phone message and is not easy to work with and does not have good customer service skills. They don't want to take accountability for their lack of knowledge on certain vehicles or when they damage part of your vehicle and then try to claim that is the way it is supposed to look.

Excellent sales and service experience! Love the hometown feel of the dealership. They always keep a ton of vehicles in stock and take good care of me in service. One time I was going to the beach and needed an oil change. I didn't have an appointment, but they were kind enough to get me in.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS SERVICE DEPARTMENT! - Wise Green Owl

I recently scheduled my wife's Subaru Outback for routine maintenance at this dealer's service department. The car was supposed to have the oil and oil filter changed, spark plugs replaced, and air cleaner installed. My wife dropped her car off for a day and brought it home the next evening, PRESENTING ME WITH A BILL FOR $1352.37!!!! The dealership did not do the work I had requested; rather, they did something called "Premium 60K Service". I contacted the Service Manager and expressed my outrage. He promised to check into it and call me back. One of his service technicians called about an hour later and claimed that "my wife had requested the additional work." Now, my wife knows nothing about auto maintenance and would not have understood any jargon which may have been used. But there is a much larger issue at stake here, and that is THE ABUSE OF CUSTOMER TRUST!!! When I schedule a vehicle for maintenance at an auto dealership, I expect them to do the work I have requested, AND NOTHING ELSE. If they think additional work is necessary, they should CONTACT ME FIRST!!! We will never visit this dealership again, and have made a point of telling everyone we know to avoid them. If anyone ever suggests you do business with them, I suggest you RUN, NOT WALK, AS FAST AS YOU CAN IN THE OPPOSITE DIRECTION!!!
