Lack of communication. We had to follow up after dropping our car off overnight. We asked to have it ready by noon, but didn't hear anything back until 4pm after we called We had to follow up after dropping our car off overnight. Well I dropped my truck off around 12 or 1 for state inspection and oil change and when I came back at 5 I was told they got backed up and never got to truck so we rescheduled for next Thursday.
