Service is very good. Problem is scheduling service on line does not make it to the actual service appointment. As I did schedule on line but the service advisor had no record of my appointment. They worked me in and again service was great but it took all day for an oil change and tire rotation because of the on line scheduling. Even the advisor said I need to call to make sure of the appointment. Make sure the systems are linked or get rid of the on line appointment option to save confusion and time of the customer

My sincerest thanks and appreciation to Logan and the service department for accommodating an emergency repair. My family and I were on our way back to NJ and towing our camper when the vacuum assist for the brakes failed on our Sierra. By the grace of God we safely made it to their dealership and Logan got the truck diagnosed and repaired within a few hours while my family and I waited in our camper at the back of their lot. Changing ownership is the reason given for sticking me with a $560 Bill from another dealer even after CBGMC agreed to pay it upfront. DO NOT purchase anything from these crooks. I have filed a BBB claim and have opened a claim with GM as well. David Pool should be fired, James in service is a great to deal with but it seems this dealer does not care about the customer once they get their money. Horrible business practices. I bought a 70k car and now they are worried the $560 bill will bankrupt them. BUYER BEWARE

Service department scheduled a recall repair, then tried to upsell for other repairs. They did not call or text to say the truck was ready. Dropped off at 7:30 am, finally went to service department to pick up truck, it was done at 3:00 pm. I left phone messages and texts prior to going back, and asking when it would be done. Receptionist called after I had already picked up the truck. First time at this service department and most likely the last.

I’ve been a GMC Terrain owner since 2018 and have always been happy with my vehicle. During a recent visit to the service department for my Terrain’s annual inspection, my mom, who is in the market for a new vehicle, scheduled a 10 AM appointment with Carmelle to test drive a Terrain. We arrived at the showroom at 10:03 AM, but no one was present in the showroom or outside to greet us. After wandering around, Mark eventually entered from the far side of the showroom. I mentioned our appointment with Carmelle, and he informed us she hadn’t arrived yet. Despite this, Mark quickly brought around the vehicle we were interested in, allowing my mom to test drive it without even requesting her driver’s license. While Mark was courteous, the lack of engagement from the rest of the team was disappointing. Upon our return, Mark asked if we had any other questions but didn’t follow up beyond that. Two other employees were seated in a nearby glass office but made no effort to acknowledge us. Ultimately, this lackluster experience led my mom to purchase a different vehicle from another dealership that same day. A more attentive and professional approach could have made all the difference.

I was browsing Ramey’s Website and found a pre-owned Lexus which I liked. The Lexus was on their Richlands lot. I contacted them via E-mail to get more information about the vehicle and to discuss pricing. I exchanged multiple E-mails with Sidney Smith and Brandon Sheets. After we had basically negotiated a deal via E-mail, my wife and I traveled to the Ramey-Richlands dealership to test drive the vehicle. While driving the vehicle, we discovered that the windshield had a tiny chip / pit, which the dealership promptly had repaired to our satisfaction at their cost. We then finalized the deal. While visiting the dealership, we met with Brandon Sheets (manager), Christian Yates (sales), Frank Browning (sales), Eugene Hilton (sales), and Chance Moore (finance). All of them were very professional, courteous, friendly, cooperative, and helpful. This was our first experience with the Ramey-Richlands dealership, and it was very positive. We would not hesitate to deal with the Ramey-Richlands staff again for future vehicle purchases.

I purchased a used vehicle 6 months ago and it has been back in twice for maintenance. 1st my brakes were squeaking very loud and maintenance said it was a GMC issue so there's nothing they can do and now my Transmission is going out on the vehicle. I'm thinking it's time to get a lawyer. I don't have a loaner car to get to work I'm very upset because how can I pay for my over priced used vehicle I purchased from Lindsey GMC and I can't get to work. Awful experience at the service department. Not first time that had to take vehicle back for them to fix their mistakes. The service manager does not return phone message and is not easy to work with and does not have good customer service skills. They don't want to take accountability for their lack of knowledge on certain vehicles or when they damage part of your vehicle and then try to claim that is the way it is supposed to look.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS SERVICE DEPARTMENT! - Wise Green Owl

I recently scheduled my wife's Subaru Outback for routine maintenance at this dealer's service department. The car was supposed to have the oil and oil filter changed, spark plugs replaced, and air cleaner installed. My wife dropped her car off for a day and brought it home the next evening, PRESENTING ME WITH A BILL FOR $1352.37!!!! The dealership did not do the work I had requested; rather, they did something called "Premium 60K Service". I contacted the Service Manager and expressed my outrage. He promised to check into it and call me back. One of his service technicians called about an hour later and claimed that "my wife had requested the additional work." Now, my wife knows nothing about auto maintenance and would not have understood any jargon which may have been used. But there is a much larger issue at stake here, and that is THE ABUSE OF CUSTOMER TRUST!!! When I schedule a vehicle for maintenance at an auto dealership, I expect them to do the work I have requested, AND NOTHING ELSE. If they think additional work is necessary, they should CONTACT ME FIRST!!! We will never visit this dealership again, and have made a point of telling everyone we know to avoid them. If anyone ever suggests you do business with them, I suggest you RUN, NOT WALK, AS FAST AS YOU CAN IN THE OPPOSITE DIRECTION!!!
