I am leaving this review specifically because of Bobby Cuevas. My initial experience working with Ivan during the purchase process was extremely frustrating and, if that had been the end of it, this would not have been a positive review. The situation was heading toward a very poor outcome. Bobby stepped in afterward and completely turned the experience around. He took the time to listen to everything that had happened, acknowledged the issues, and followed through exactly as promised. He coordinated repairs, provided a loaner vehicle, stayed in communication, and made sure every issue was fully resolved — including things discovered after I took the car home. Because of Bobby’s professionalism, accountability, and genuine effort to make things right, what could have been a one-star experience became a five-star one. This review is for Bobby and his handling of the situation.

I came in for an oil change on 01/27/26 at 11:30 AM and wasn’t spoken to until 11:42 AM. Aaron told me the wait would be about an hour and a half, but I ended up waiting over three and a half hours. I saw customers who arrived after me leave before I did. When I tried to find Aaron, he was nowhere to be found. Another employee told me my car had “just gotten done,” yet the paperwork showed it was ready at 2:12 PM—I didn’t leave until 3:14 PM. My keys were just sitting on the counter with others. I will never be coming here again.

If you value your time, do not go to Karl Malone Toyota. Karl Malone Toyota is full of nothing but deception and lies. I will be taking all of this information to the Better Business Bureau. I put down a deposit on a car in August of 2024 and did not receive the vehicle until December 19 2025. The wort part of the experience was the salesman Tim Enniss. After telling me that I would receive the car in late spring of 2025 he went completely dark and would never communicate with me regaurdless of how many times I reached out to inquire about the car. It took me going into the dealership to confront him for him to even send me a text. And then he again would not respond to me. He used deceptive wording and actually lied to several times. He told me that a car that was exactly the same as what I ordered came in and sold it to me. Not until I drove it home did I realize that this did not match what I had oredered. He then basically said that it was my fault. After struggling to contact the dealrship I was finally able to returnm the car that Tim had sold me. This is the only reason that they are even deserving of 1 star instead of 0. The manager, Patrick, spoke to me and promised that I would not need to work with Tim again and that I would be working with him for the rest of the proccess as I waited for my car. Just like Tim, he was completely unresponsive to my questions and texts. Then when I finally was able to pick up my car it was Tim who I was working with. Do not waste your time. These people are basically just trying to steal your money while you do all of the work yourself.

Tried twice to buy cart this dealership and both times were terrible! I average about one new car every two years and really have always loved Toyotas. I would never recommend this place and would tell my friends to steer clear. They also had me do a $2,000 deposit which they said was transferable if I didn't use it when I walked away they said well there's no other place to transfer it in the state. They unapologetically kept my money and we're not straightforward with many things. They will try every trick in the book to make you for every dollar. Run as fast as you can away from this place.
