I have never been so furious at a dealership. First they told me I was fine to purchase online and have it shipped, but they would charge a extra $700 fee to handle an online transaction. Fine, so I decide to drive there in person over the weekend. I will sell my car locally to someone in the area, doing an in and out deal, so i can get a tax credit. I get everything line up with the dealer, my lender, and my buyer and his lender. Then they surprise me with a $800 in and out fee. They wanted to charge a total of $1300 ($800 in and out and $500 for doc fee) to my buyer to shuffle paperwork. What a joke. I called other lenders and found out now one else did this. I tell them to remove it or the deals off. Next day they call me back, say they will remove the fee, we schedule for pickup that upcoming monday morning. I talk to the buyer, schedule time off work, arrange everything to make it happen. Two hours later, they call me and tell me the manager just approved selling it to someone else. After all that work, scheduling, and I also offered multiple times to put down a non-refundable deposit. Piece of crap dealership. Avoid. Stupid fees, stupid policies, stupid management. More

Before the salesman would give me a price for my trade in or a final price of the truck I wanted to purchase he wanted insurance information, copy of the title of my trade in, copy of my and my wife’s driver or a final price of the truck I wanted to purchase he wanted insurance information, copy of the title of my trade in, copy of my and my wife’s drivers licenses, social security numbers, address, phone numbers, names of at least two references preferably a couple of our children who live in town, all so thy could know our credit score. The salesman said we would save thousands if we financed. All this before we had any idea how much we were going to be talking about. Each time I asked how much we were talking about paying the price keep going up and the price of my trade in went down. When we left I still had my trade in, I don’t think they even looked at it, I still didn’t know the price of the truck I wanted to buy while and they had enough information on us to totally scam us. In this time when we get daily calls from scammers trying to obtain or personal information I felt totally violated! More

I will resubmit thanking you for taking out the aftermarket alarm that kept going off and discounting the second key fob. I would have given you 5 stars if we could have worked out a deal on the floor mats. Remember I spent $140 on a wheel alignment after you did an alignment in December of 2024 (the left rear wheel was out of adjustment) and this wasn't considered. I'm glad we put the rest of it behind us, I'm restoring the seats damaged from cleaner and I'm still looking into replacing the damaged carpet and mats sometime in the future. I would not recommend this dealer because I was not allowed to take the Camry to my mechanic for an inspection. More
Worst service experience. I made an appointment and arrived at the dealership at my appointed time. The check in line was very long. When we talked to a check in attendant he said it would be 3 and half hour wait to change our oil. He wasn’t nice,did nothing but make excuses.. Why even make an appointment. Have also had a bad experience with the sales dept. Don’t deal with these guys. More
