From the moment I drove up to have my vehicle serviced, the service person was asking to buy my vehicle. Every conversation I had with the service person, he kept asking to purchase my vehicle. Everyone was friendly and helpful even if they were not MY salesperson. I felt seen and my sales professional was in tune, aware of and understood my goal. I was at the service dept for an emissions test to renew registration for the Avalon. This went well. I also had questions regarding the braking on the Avalon. My service advisor - Christian Romero - test registration for the Avalon. This went well. I also had questions regarding the braking on the Avalon. My service advisor - Christian Romero - test drove the Avalon to understand what the problem for the Avalon is. This was determined and I will have the Avalon braking changed. Christian was very helpful in explaining what the problem is and the need to change the brakes to remove the braking problem. . More
